We had a great time in Cancun. The Villas Marlin is very easily accessible to everything. Close enough to walk to a lot. This condo was a little bit run down and older. Clean though. The bedding could have used an upgrade and the master shower head wasn’t the best. But the pools were nice and the beach access was great. There are no hot tubs or gym in case anyone was curious. Area was very safe! Jorge was a great host!

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the hotel area, facing the sea. The residence is secure and features a swimming pool and direct access to the sea. The apartment is comfortable and equipped. Check-in and check-out, as well as communication with the host, were smooth.

The dishwasher stopped working and he promptly replaced it. I highly recommend it. Great beach location

We really enjoyed the beautiful sea view and the air conditioners that worked very well in all the rooms. However, the apartment is a bit old, the kitchen equipment old and very basic. I would recommend it for a short trip.

Jorge’s place is an absolute gem! Two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, right on the beach, across the street from a grocery store and great restaurants! Jorge could not be a better host. This was my second time to stay at his place, and there will be many more! Thank you Jorge!

We had a few problems, frig quit, not their fault, let them know, sent repair man, but couldn't be fixed, but got a new, but smaller frig that night. I might have over tipped, but those 4 guys went over and above, they deserved it. Plumbing needs work, but they immediately sent the plunger guy (tipped him) and the next day an actual plumber who took toilets apart put new stuff in. (tipped him) I did end up spending extra, but that's my fault, not theirs and I did lose time outside waiting for things to be fixed. Jorge and Mirna responded fast to fix the problems. The place would be perfect if you could flush toilet paper, that's the only drawback for the 4 of us! I'll forever remember this place though because my husband died from a heart attack after we got off the elevator to wait for Happy Shuttle, but that wasn't their fault either. I enjoyed our 2 weeks there except for the last day!

Jorge’s place has a beautiful view. Can’t beat that. His place was very nice. Needs some updates and a few items in kitchen ( measuring cup, kitchen towels) Had some problems with plumbing but fixed. The freezer kept the ice frozen sometime but said it will get fixed. We had a great stay would stay again.

Great view of a really nice beach. Close to groceries and other necessities. Some restaurants around as well. Would be a great place for families. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is great, with a supermarket nearby and walkable to some restaurants. Easy to find for called transfer vans and taxi.

excellent location. walking distance to bus and grocery. steps away from the beach. could use a few upgrades. beds have no box spring and are just in a squeaky bed frame. matress is very firm which is OK for me but my wife prefers a soft one. didn't use the dishwasher as it didn't appear to be secure. blender doesn't chop up ice to make blended drinks. only one towel per person.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We really love Villa Marlin because of the beach and its proximity to the grocery store. While we were there, Tropical Storm Nadine hit us and we had some flooding issues from the patio doors that had never happened before. Jorge was very responsive, took care of the issue quickly and even gave us a small refund which was very appreciated. He was so friendly and even took care of the core issue so it wouldn’t happen again. We will definitely be booking again. The view from the condo is incredible.
