The property was just as beautiful as the photos and description. The host was very responsive to any questions. The view from this property was outstanding and the house itself was clean and modern. Lots of room for our large group of 9. Pool was a great size and we saw monkeys several times while swimming. Flowers on the property attracted a ton of hummingbirds. Grocery stores are close by. Tamarindo and place flamingo were a short drive away as was the zip lining at Eco Adventure park. Hemmingways was 10 minutes away where we had a favorite meals of the trip. Right on the water with a pool as well. The roads leading up to the house are not for the faint of heart but we got used to them quickly. All in all, would return to this property and it deserves a 10 out of 10 rating!! Thank you so much for making our Costa Rica trip so memorable!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Potrero! The house was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas. The location was great for exploring the beautiful beaches of Guanacaste, including Playa Conchal and the surrounding area. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to come back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Our flight from Texas to Costa Rica was delayed more than four hours, so we didn't arrive until after dark. We simply entered the address into Apple Maps on our iPhone, and it guided us directly from Liberia Airport to the property's private gate without any issues. Be prepared for some rough dirt roads along the way, and the final road up to the house is steep and rugged, so I definitely recommend renting a 4x4. We actually enjoyed the drive and made the trip up and down the hill several times each day. When we arrived, we sent the concierge a message, and he immediately responded by remotely opening the private gate. Throughout our entire stay, he was incredibly responsive, answering every question quickly, helping us book excursions, and providing excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and local activities. The house was incredible!

We stayed at several places during our visit to CR. This was by far our favorite. We got married at the Castillo de lilo and had no idea we would be able to view the venue from this Airbnb. That made it all the more special. Thank you for hosting us!

Honestly what is there to say about this space than that it is straight fantastic, Ian is amazing as the concierge and would never miss a beat. The house was breathtaking, and the view was all the better. You can smell the ocean, hear troops of howler monkeys down the mountain and around the valley, as well as an incomparable sunrise every morning that slowly peaks through the hilltops to illuminate the beach below. 10/10 I will be renting again

The place is really a paradise for those looking for a rest and a little privacy. The spaces in the house were ideal. They have some things to fix, mainly in the pool, but it doesn't affect the experience. And the view is simply something to sit and enjoy for hours. Beautiful!!

Absolutely stunning home.. with an even more stunning view. Absolutely had the “wow” factor walking into the house. All the modern amenities, beautiful pool, and the wrap around patio was incredible. Future also was very nice.. matching the quality of the home. Great visit!!

Amazing house! super clean and beautiful. Only thing is we couldn’t open the manual for the house so we had to ask for a couple stuff but in general will recommend.

Incredible home, incredible location and view. The hosts were very helpful. The GPS coordinates may need to be updated, as it was somewhat easy to miss, especially arriving after sunset. Advise to arrive during daylight if possible. The home is beautiful and isolated, but very close to some of the best beaches in Costa Rica and great dining and shopping.

Amazing stay! The home is BEAUTIFUL! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the AMAZING views. Perfect little touches in place to make you feel safe and at home. I would absolutely book this property again.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the view - AMAZING! The landscaping was well maintained and just gorgeous. We loved the clean, modern design and decor and comfortable furniture. The pool was incredible and we spent much of our time in it. We even had a family of monkeys visit us! We had a few issues but the owner was quick to respond and tried to find a solution. Overall - a wonderful stay and we would come again and again!

We stayed at this place in Potrero for New Year's Eve with friends and the experience was excellent. From the first moment we loved the place: it is very safe, quiet and with a spectacular view that allows you to appreciate the entire beach of Potrero and Flamingo, something that really makes a difference and makes every sunrise and sunset special. The accommodation is spacious and very well laid out, with many different rooms that allow you to share as a group without losing comfort or privacy. It has a beautiful living room, ideal for relaxing and spending time together, and a phenomenal barbecue space, perfect for gatherings, long meals and enjoying yourself to the fullest with friends. One point that we thought was excellent is that the place has a separate room, ideal for a couple or a small group who wants a little more privacy, which makes the accommodation very versatile and functional. Overall, everything was excellent and the service was very fast.

Beautiful home and really fun activities nearby. Me and my friends had a great time. The house is beautiful and the view is the most amazing part of the trip. Sitting and drinking coffee in the morning on the patio or looking outside at sunset is an experience that can’t be matched We had some monkeys visit us who were so cute and fun to watch. Overall loved the trip.
