Beautiful house, in good condition, away from the noise, yet close to everything: beach, stores and restaurants (by car). Medium-sized pool, protected from direct sunlight by vegetation, practically all to ourselves, few houses in the condominium. Many beds, suitable for a large group, although there were only 6 of us. Privacy from one bedroom to another. Kitchen equipped for many more. We were able to accommodate 3 cars on the property. Every question was answered and resolved promptly. Jacó has improved a lot, and we will return to this same place. We were very pleased.

Great house for our family with kids and elderly grandparents. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach and the pool was great! We recommend this house for your stay in Jaco.

Maria’s place was perfect for what we needed! The location was amazing. We were in town for a dance conference, and everywhere we needed to be was just a few minutes away. The master bedroom and bathroom were top notch and the pool was such a refreshing place to unwind and relax after long days of dancing. We also really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. It had everything we needed. Security checking us in each time we entered the condos also made us feel very safe and secure throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us, Maria!

Excellent place, very comfortable, just like the photos, close to the beach and downtown. A very quiet place; the only thing is that pets are allowed only in the house, as they are not permitted in the pool area, ranch, or green spaces.

This is a great condo off not far from the main strip. We had six adults and had no problems moving around. The place was clean and fully furnished. The location has a gated front entrance, but no physical security guard like other places do, but it still felt very safe. We needed to reach out to the host a few times and she was always super responsive, professional, and friendly. The one and only downside to this location is that it is right on a somewhat-busy street so, from the main bedroom, you'll be able to hear the trucks and loud motorcycles on and off throughout the night.

It's our second visit to the accommodation, the place is beautiful, the only complaint is that on both occasions they made us enter up to 30 minutes after check-in. That's what it seemed like to all of us who went

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we stayed for 3 weeks at this place. It was just like the description. The artwork in the home was beautiful as well. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Our host was very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our time at this home and in Jaco that we booked again for next year.
