Loved this place and it’s a million dollar view and scenery. We did not want to leave!

The panorama from this beautifully appointed, art-filled condo is nothing short of spectacular. It’s within walking distance of everything you need: restaurants, urgent care and pharmacy, grocery. The condo is fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, with extremely convenient washer-dryer and dishwasher. An amazing host, Delma was helpful and ultra-responsive. She recommended the best transportation service (late-night airport pickup, Jaco to La Fortuna, La Fortuna back to San Jose). She took such great care of us with our food requests for when we got there. We’re so grateful!

Delmas place was amazing. I could sit and stare at the view of Jaco bay all day. The town itself was walkable with lots of good restaurants. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed and there was security at the pool and gate.

Delma & her property are amazing, they deliver as promised.

Wonderful apartment in front of the ocean. Fantastic views and walking distance to everything in town. Very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. My Family loved the beautiful swimming pool and the beach. There’s a small river that meanders in front of the apartment right to the ocean. People and horses walk across it all day. We had all types of birds pass right in front of the condo including colorful parrots. Lots of outdoor activities to do in Costa Rica. Don’t pass up the day trip with Capt. James (originally from Texas) to Turtle Island. They pick you up and drop you off right at the guard house. They include a light breakfast, a great lunch and free drinks all day. The service from Capt James’s employees was fantastic. Don’t forget to tip them as you get off the catamaran. Delma our host and her husband were fantastic!! Attentive and great to work with. Thanks again Delma for everything. We had a great time.

Delma's place was amazing for us. Right on the beach- great view of the entire beach with the porch options. Also, it's an easy walk to restaurants. We rented a car and getting in and out was easy and security guard was always there. Plenty of room and a great kitchen.

Delma’s condo was exactly as described- roomy, comfortable, very well equipped and with stunning ocean and beach views. It is within a few blocks of grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Delma was extremely helpful and friendly before and during our stay. I highly recommend her condo in Jaco.

We booked this place because of the pictures, particularly the view, and it really delivered. The 3 bedrooms were great. The balconies were fantastic. I can't think of a single complaint. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay in Costa Rica.

This has to be my FAVORITE Airbnb I’ve ever booked! Delma’s condo was more than amazing, the views were incredible, the home was super clean, modern and welcoming, and she was an amazing host! I had zero complaints my entire stay and would definitely rebook when visiting again! Super responsive and friendly, cleaning crew was very friendly as well! We were allowed to place our bags inside while the cleaners were there before our check in time which was super helpful! We were able to walk only about 2mins from the condo to the local streets and find a large variety or restaurants and shops! This experience was beautiful from start to finish! Thank you Delma!!

We spent a week with 3 adults and 1 child. The unit is spacious and beautiful, with amazing views of the Pacific. Balconies were great as well, 1 with a nice table to sit and read or have a cup of coffee. The kitchen had all the basics including a coffee maker and toaster. The guards are attentive. The stay was wonderful until the very end. Our driver was late for pick up coming in from San Jose. Apparently it was a big religious holiday the day we checked out and even though our driver gave himself an extra hour, it took him over 3.5 hours to get to us with all of the traffic (usually a 1.5 hr trip), so caution on Aug.2nd! We went to a cute smoothie place in town and the manager obliged us with all of our luggage! We had a great brunch before leaving Jaco.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo in Jaco! The unit is laid out very nicely & helped make our family comfortable while away from home. The views are amazing and so much is within walking distance. The pool is beautiful with a restaurant and bar within walking distance. Delma helped to connect us to private transportation to and around the city as well as excursions. We highly recommend the ATV Backcountry Tours at the end of the street. Our family found this excursion to be the highlight of our time in Jaco. There is also a great boutique called Coco Sweet. There are several great places for breakfast and coffee just up the street

Our family had a great time in Jaco. The condo far exceeded our expectations and needs with an extremely fair price. With 3 older teenagers, they were able to spread out and each get their own space which has not happened before on a vacation. 3 FULL bathrooms was such a win for us. We ventured out of Jaco Beach to get a little more of a primitive view of CR beaches. Jaco was a little too touristy but we were able to visit some towns that were not too far away. In a pinch, the strip of restaurants, stores and la pharmacia was perfect so we were actually very thankful for that.

We spent a week at Delma’s condo in Jaco with 3 adults and 2 children (11 & 2). Check-in was easy. A guard is at the gate and provided us with an envelop with details. The keypad was easy to use. The condo is spacious & nicely decorated. 2 of bedrooms shared a private patio which overlooks the beach & patio. The bigger patio can be accessed through two patio doors in the dining / living room. This patio overlooks the pool, beach and has gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen had the basics. We learned quickly how over priced eating out is so we made a trip to the local Maxi Pali (think Walmart). It was really nice having 3 full bathrooms and the laundry closet. The AC was spotty. The rooms were cold but the hall, kitchen, and living room were an obvious difference in temperature despite being set the same as the other rooms. The pool was nice! There is staff who sets it up and keeps it clean. Great, secure place in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and tours.

Had an excellent stay. Place is very close to all the activities in town including restaraunts. Building and pool security is comforting. The unit is excellent, cooking equipment very functional, AC works great.
