Welcoming and full of everything.

For a family outing we chose Nicole's Little Dreams 40. We felt very good, very good for us. Within its dimensions, we settled in very well. The pool is delicious. Very good kitchen and all its utensils. With Nicole, we felt like she was with us. Magnificent communication and all the instructions, including those written on the white paper. The security guard was very attentive in guiding us and very careful with our vehicles. We really liked it and will repeat Nicole's Little Dreams 40. Even a cocky magpie visited us daily and we ate mangos.

Nicole is so polite and super super responsive, made our stay so smooth! Place was very clean and cozy, easy self check in and peaceful area. Recommend her place 100%!

An excellent place for a family of 3 - 4 people. Good location, close to Ocotal beach and other beaches. The place was tidy and has all the necessary utensils for an excellent stay. Super fun for the kids as it has a pool and fruit trees. Nicole is an excellent host, always attentive and communicative My family and I had a great time

I had the pleasure of staying in this place (7-9 March, 2025) and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply excellent, in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood, which allowed me to enjoy a relaxing and hassle-free experience. The place is very nice, cozy and perfectly cared for, which made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. What really made the difference was the communication with Nicole. He was always available for any questions or requests, and he was very kind and helpful at all times. Her hospitality really made my stay even more special. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet and well located experience. I'll be back without hesitation!

I rented this studio condo for a week in February. There was one small maintenance issue but I reached out to Nicole and she quickly solved the problem. She is very responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool but the people living in the next unit can be a little loud at times. I liked their music.

Little dreams is so beautiful. The grounds, flowers and beautiful plants everywhere! The pool was very clean. The guard was always friendly and very present . There are a few people that live in the complex full time. They were also so friendly. Even invited us to a potluck dinner. Loved everything about it 🩷

Nicole is an excellent host, her answers were quick and her solutions effective. The apartment is very nice, tidy and with all the amenities to spend a very pleasant stay. The place is quiet, safe, pleasant, very clean and in a strategic location. We hope to return soon.

We found it very nice place had a lot of things in the bathroom example blocker repellent soap shampoo many many towels, plus the super equipped kitchen really a recommended experience to anyone. A very peaceful private place, I would return as soon as I can 👌🏼

A beautiful place my family and I enjoyed it very much we loved the attention of one of the very friendly guards. The beaches very close to the place of lodging and what we loved most was we found the room very complete with small details that become very large when using them at last a very excellent and recommended experience Ha and otherwise it's saying that the hosts are very beautiful people attentive to every request, for every situation.

Cozy spot near Playa Coco! Had everything we needed for a few day stay. Building was hard to find at night but the kind security guard on shift helped us and made the property feel safe. The bed is two smaller beds pushed together so it’s not ideal for couples but would be perfect for friends! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed except a baking pan.

Nicole's accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were surprised that it has various items such as mosquito repellent, blocker, first aid kit and others. This makes the stay feel like being at home. We'll be back!

Excellent place, everything very nice and comfortable had details that I didn't expect... For example, in the bathroom there was a blocker, repellent, towels, medicines and several things in case you forgot something. The same in the kitchen and the place in general very tidy. It exceeded my expectations 100%

The place is very quiet about 600 m from the nearest beach which by recommendation of the people is the best nearby. There is also a restaurant where you can cotelear in the evening or eat. If you are looking for a quiet place it is definitely this.

I felt like in my beach house, I loved that I had the option to watch netflix, that there would be books to read and products that you normally need and you can forget when you go to the beach. If I were to return to Costa Rica, I would stay at Nicole's property again.
