Pictures don’t do the house justice. It is beautiful, large, comfortable, and such a great place to relax. The walk to the beach is really short, and you pass right by a surf shop so you can rent boards and swap them out as you go. Super convenient location, can’t say enough good things about the property.

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable, with a spacious open floor plan and beautiful views of the jungle and pool from the living room. We spent a lot of time relaxing inside during the hottest part of the day and really appreciated the space. We also loved being just a five-minute walk from the surf. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Wi-Fi was great, and we especially appreciated the whole-house filtered water system. One helpful arrival tip: the Airbnb app’s “Get Directions” button took us to the wrong location. We reached the property manager and they suggested navigating to Agua Tibias Surf School/Nosara Beach Hostel instead, which made it easy to find. Overall, a comfortable, spacious home in a beautiful and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect House in Nosara. Our family had a wonderful week, easy walk to the beach and surf shop, beautiful jungle paradise! House is spectacular photos do not do it justice.

Loved the house, the location , nosaro , and the monkeys . You couldn’t ask for anything more . Can’t wait to come again .

Our stay was magnificent. The photos are amazing but the house was much more spacious than even they looked. Could easily accomodate two families. The house is spotless and in pristine condition. There is only a short walk to the beach and you pass a surf school on the way. The pool was perfect for a swim after walking back from the beach. Good cafes and restaurants were about a 10 minute level walk away or a few minutes on a buggy. The host was super responsive and very easy to deal with. The location was perfect and we would gladly book again.

House exceeded our expectations. Great modern design, open feeling in the house, cozy yard w/ pool and lots of greenery/very tropical. Birds wake you in the morning and keep you company all day by the pool. Very well equipped - from kitchen to beach/pool towels, etc... Great location - short walk to beach entrance, and walk/short ATV drive to all the restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive as was the concierge. Gated and felt very secure. Would rent again for sure!!

House was great. Felt secure and a just a little off the main road to the beach, making it quiet but with quick access to the beach. Pool was awesome in dry season to cool off. We spent a lot of time in it.

Our stay at the Sanctuary house was nothing short of magical! Impeccably designed, it offered stunning pool views, luxurious amenities, and a serene atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Beth’s house is great! Nice pool. Excellent location in close proximity to Baker beach. Enjoyed a fun week with my wife and kids. Responsive local hospitality group were also helpful.
