The place was excellent—the view, the pool, the location, the service from Gabriela, the entrance to the residential complex. Mrs. Naty cooks very well; everything was wonderful.

The place is in a very nice area and is safe, but the apartment needs a lot of maintenance. The furniture, like in the living room, is dirty; the kitchen utensils are old and rusty, and there are very few items—for example, there are very few glasses or pans. They didn’t leave us water to drink, salt for cooking, let alone sugar or oil; there were no basic supplies. On the first day, we bathed with cold water, and on the second day, someone came to fix the water heater. The walls and floors need cleaning and painting. The mattresses are in poor condition, they are very hard, and the springs make noise; likewise, the pillows are already very worn out, so we didn't get a good night's sleep. Overall, it’s a place that, with a little love, could be very good, but it’s in a very poor state of repair. Some door handles don't work; the interior bathroom door doesn't close.

I was attentive to your arrival, your departure, the lady who cooked for you, the massage lady, and yet you say in the message that SHE WASN'T VERY HELPFUL? At no time did you make any kind of comment to me about anything. I was keeping an eye out in case you needed anything, since the route can be a bit confusing, and you got there without any problems, yet you didn't let me know until I asked. They didn't come to fix the water heater; they just turned it on. It had turned off due to the air conditioning. The lady who did the cleaning was there, and you never mentioned to her that anything was dirty. They just asked for a very large pot, which we didn't have, and that was enough to say that there were no utensils. She cooked it perfectly in 2 pots. I don't understand the desire to give a bad rating. Not even because you say the area is very nice, quiet, and safe—you give us good ratings on that. It's just giving a bad rating for doing it. And regarding the amenities, I don't understand why you were expecting them, but I'll consider them an area for improvement for next time. Thank you.

Gabriela and the people in charge were attentive to our stay at all times, they were always very friendly and willing to help with all our concerns. The place is very comfortable and the view is beautiful

Gabriela is a great host, always super attentive and with a great attitude to recommend and facilitate your stay 100%. Everything is super clean and very nice. As shown in the pictures. There are options for you to eat and keep the cleaning perfect, that makes you go to rest and not to work. Rappi and Walmart arrive so there is no need to leave. I loved staying here and would definitely come back. What a pleasant experience!

The apartment is amazing, one of the best views in Acapulco, too quiet, spacious, beautiful!!' We only had a few issues with access because they are somewhat strict, other than that everything was fine! Communication with Gaby was not the best, but the trip with my family went ahead!! 🫰🏻🌟
