Wow, what a spot, such a beautiful location. We took our two kids and had a fabulous week in paradise. We both needed to work a bit and the fast WiFi was great for our video calls. Our kids got a ton of use out of the boogie boards and the pool. We loved watching the sunset and then heading into town for dinner. We got groceries and ate breakfast and some lunches from the villa. The villa is very comfortable, had everything we needed. We would love to return!

Carlos’ place in The Palms was amazing. The concierge was top notch, the pool bar couldn’t be better, the BEACH! I can’t say anything negative about it. Clear water, soft sand, great surf. We could have stayed another week. So close to town if you have a car. 5stars

We had an amazing experience at Casa de Chocolote! This charming property impressed us with its beautiful design and unique layout, making it a delightful place for our family getaway. While it was on the smaller side, the cozy atmosphere added to its charm. The only downside was that the pool was only open until 9:00 PM, and unfortunately, the pool lights were broken. This meant we couldn’t enjoy the pool after dark, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite this minor issue, our time there was truly enjoyable, and we can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely villa that is well cared for and stocked. Playa Flamingo is gorgeous and the resort’s stretch of beach is amazing and secluded. The concierge service was great. The home was just steps from both the pool and the beach. It’s what I had in mind for a Costa Rica beach vacation and it did not disappoint.

Everything about the accommodations and the grounds was top-notch. Denise was amazing with Concierge along with all the other people that helped. The staff were all warm and friendly and eager to help. Kevin was an awesome bartender by the pool.. we could not have had a better vacation

We loved our trip! The Palms is a fantastic location for enjoying the beautiful Playa Flamingo. The people working at The Palms were so wonderful. Carlos' place had everything we needed for a full week stay.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location. Well kept, very comfortable. Biggest plus is the direct access to the beach. If you are in this part of Guanacaste, this is the beach you want to go to. If you want to stay on this beach, this is the property. Not cheap, but then again nothing is really cheap in this region and this property is neither an outlier on the positive side nor on the negative side. The one thing to note is probably that the flat is really set up for four people (I.e. four chairs at the dining table, extra bed in the alcove small) but it still worked for the five of us. Daily housekeeping, the overall maintenance of the resort, the infrastructure and extras made this a real luxury experience. We‘d love to come back and can recommend without hesitation

Our family of 6 stayed for 7 nights. It is a beautiful villa. It's fully stocked. We cooked about half our meals. Carlos is very responsive. The Palms concierge is very helpful and professional. Playa Flamingo is a beautiful beach. we got the girls hair done, we booked massages, we booked a fishing trip, and we went to Tamarindo for surfing lessons.

The apartment was better than expected -great service as well. The restaurants around Flamingo beach are terrible. Awful food and bad service. Also even though restaurants are nearby it’s b difficult to walk to restaurants you have to take taxis. I will advise cooking and eating inn. The condominium was fantastic in a v pretty beach nice pools and bar. Services at the condominium was amazing!

We had a phenomenal stay at Carlos’. The location couldn’t have been better literally steps from the ocean. Also it was awesome to enjoy morning coffee off the main bedroom balcony and see the ocean! The pool was also awesome. Then entire location is meticulously cared for and all the staff at palms take great pride in maintaining the homes to the highest standard. The rental was completely fully stocked and we all just had the best experience. Thank you so much!!!
