This place was amazing!! We traveled with 5 adults and 4 kids and this house was perfect for us! All of the adults had their own king size bed and bathroom and between the upstairs pullout couch and the downstairs “kids” bedroom, we all had our own space! The pool was so relaxing after a day at the beach and we looked forward to morning coffees in the garden each morning. We walked to the beach, yoga, and restaurants each day. The location could not have been more perfect. Lastly, Olivia set us up with horseback riding which was one of the highlights of our trip! We can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful! Just as described and pictured. It came so well stocked with all the kitchen items. We did a lot of cooking. Our family of 12 loved each having our own spaces by family and then came together at the pool and in the kitchen. Having access to laundry was great too. The location is amazing. The quick walk to the beach was great. The quick walk to grab food from the market, coffees and smoothies from local cafe and dinner and drinks from the restaurants and bars was perfect too. The activities recommended by the hosts were wonderful. There was a good variety of them and those we chose were so much fun. All of us who participated were beyond thrilled with them. Definitely exceeded expectations. We did hiking to waterfalls, kayaking to a beach for snorkeling, beach horseback riding, fishing and estuary tours. We also went to the artisan market that’s held on Wednesday nights. The hosts and property manager were excellent communicators and quick to help. 10/10

Surfpoint villa is a stunning home in Playa Grande. It easily accommodated 2 families (9 people total) with no problem at all. Playa Grande is an easy 3 minute walk and the pool got lots of use as well. If you are looking to explore the area, Olivia can provide amazing recommendations (we did surf lessons, zip lining, ATV and kayaking). We ate at several amazing nearby restaurants (Onda & El Heurto) and enjoyed meals at home too. Beth and Olivia are incredibly responsive and helpful in planning a wonderful Costa Rican vacation. If you are looking for a taste of Pura Vida - this is the spot for you.

This was our second time staying at this house. The location is great. You can walk to the beach and some restaurants. Beth was very helpful and quick responding to our inquiries. The house was spotless clean and we loved the kitchen and pool. Nothing but great things during our stay

I can not say enough great things about our stay at Surfpoint Villa. The home was amazing but what really made our stay the best was the hosts. Beth and Olivia gave us great recommendations and arranged all of our activities. We will be back!

My family and I had the most amazing time in Playa Grande. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the beach every day and enjoy the restaurants nearby. It’s the perfect surfing town - gorgeous but relaxing. Everyone was friendly and we felt safe. The house was beautiful, clean, and our son loved the pool. It was truly a dream vacation and we are already planning our trip back.

We loved our 7 night stay at Surfpoint Villa! The accomidations exceeded our expectations! The villa was very spacious with large bedrooms/bathrooms and multiple areas to ‘hang out’ inside and out!! The villa was new and very clean with comfortable furnishings. There are multiple patios and the pool is large and the perfect temperature. It is less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful, clean walking beach. The little town is quaint and safe with multiple places to eat. The house manager, Olivia, was very responsive and helpful in booking outings for us. We would highly recommend Surfpoint Villa to anyone visiting Costa Rica;-)

We loved the place, we look forward to returning soon. The only thing that was a problem for us was that the pool lights never turned off, which bothered some family members who were sleeping nearby, and also the refrigerator didn't cool and made an unusual noise. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. Thank you very much.

Excellent house, two in one! Two rooms upstairs in a private space but integrated into the house. For traveling “together but not mixed up” 😜. Excellent, it worked out great for us—we were 3 family “units,” two without kids, one with kids!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Surfpoint villa in Playa Grande. Our group included two families with adult children and it was the perfect place to make unforgettable memories together. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. Olivia, property manager, was super responsive and elevated our experience by arranging amazing excursions. The catamaran tour was a standout highlight. Our group also really enjoyed yoga @ Ripjacks, pickleball, surf lessons at Onda and even treated ourselves to in house massages and dining! Seeing howler monkeys and iguanas right around the property was such a unique and memorable experience. The whole area had a laid-back surf town vibe and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming- it really felt like “pura vida” livng. We highly recommend Surfpoint villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun and memorable getaway!

WOW! This stay was everything and more! The house is close to the beach, to so many DELICIOUS restaurants (Taco Star, Ripjack, Surf Dog, and Beach Break Cafe were crowd favorites), and is very accessible to fun activities like hiking trails and surfing opportunities. When we didn't feel like going out, the pool out back was THE SPOT for some nice relaxation, whether we were tanning or playing cards. Everything inside the house was clean, modern, and perfect for our big group of friends. Would most definitely book again in a heartbeat! Shout-out to Olivia for helping us book some amazing excursions, too!!

Beth’s home was absolutely phenomenal. Our group loved being able to walk to town and try all the different restaurants and shops. The house is stunning and has both a pool large enough for our entire group of 11 and the beach is a quick walk as well. Overall, the entire experience was amazing and was an incredibly seamless process from beginning to end. Our entire group can not wait to go back!

Surfpoint Villa was everything we hoped for and more. The location is ideal — a quick walk to the stunning beach and several great local restaurants. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the pool and the unforgettable monkey visits (including a mama and baby!). It truly felt like the Costa Rica experience you dream about. Olivia was incredibly helpful coordinating a beautiful catamaran cruise and fantastic surf lessons for our kids. Everything was seamless and so much fun. If you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful Playa Grande getaway, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most magical week at Surf Point Villa! Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay! Beautiful home and beautiful beach and amazing hosts who helped us coordinate all our transportation and activities! We will be back soon!
