This location was perfect for the family. The beach and pool kept everyone happy. The condo was convenient with two kids and the view was fantastic!

This condo is in a beautiful location. Walk right outside to the beach. Several showers for rinsing off sand and the pool was relaxing as well. The condo had everything you needed from beach towels and boogie boards to laundry and everything in the kitchen. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery store was close by as well. Great stay to enjoy the beach and beautiful Costa Rica sunsets!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Potrero Beach. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect in from of the beach, peaceful and relaxing. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the stunning views. Waking up each morning to such a beautiful sea view made the whole experience even more special. Marcia’s attentiveness was remarkable being extremely helpful with our needs for the family accommodation and always responsive whenever we had questions. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Potrero Beach and would gladly stay here again in the future. A truly fantastic experience!

Everything was excellent, just as shown in the photos. Communication with Marcia was easy. I had a little problem with the parking space because someone else had occupied it, but it was quickly resolved.
Our family of three, my husband, our 8 year old daughter had a fantastic stay at Marcia’s condo! The description and pictures depict the property exactly. Absolutely the best location in Potrero. When the listing describes it’s on the beach, it is feet from your front door, you don’t even need flip flops, your feet will be on the sand in 25 seconds. Walked via the beach to great local restaurants at night and felt safe at all times. We checked out both the Flamingo beach and the Las Catalinas beach communities and would pick Marcia’s place in Potrero hands down. The others were too crowded. We did have a significant unforeseen mechanical issue with the water heater during our stay, which was promptly managed and resolved. Marcia’s condo is beautiful but not stuffy, the grounds are well manicured, but not pretentious. The neighbors (full time residents) were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The staff of the grounds were polite and pleasant. We’ll stay again!
Loved Marcia’s condo! I felt at home. The grounds were kept so nice. Security walked out every night to check everything which was great, not that there was any issues. A nice extra benefit. Even met a few neighbors. The only thing honestly that was an issue for me is really needing transportation. There are a few restaurants within 5-10 minute walk as well as a farmers market but with the rainy season (heat/humidity) that started at this is time, and it being my 1st time, I see that you need a vehicle. All & all, I would stay here again for sure! Thank you Marcia & the Mgmt team.
Nice place, great location, very good neighborhood, and beautiful surroundings.
Low end appliances, tiny prepackaged soap and shampoo tubes instead of dispensers, little in the way of games. Grill was basically an electic fry pan with grooves. toilet paper was not to be flushed down toilets. broken cutting board and cheap cooking pans and utensils. The saving grace of this place was the comfortable beds and the porch view. The five star rating is overstated as was the superhost who did not respond with a maintenance repair.

I am very sorry that you were not fully satisfied. The grill is electric because it's a fire hazard to have a charcoal or gas grill on the second floor balcony. According to my management company they did record and respond to your maintenance repairs, except they didn't know anything about a toilet problem. One of the toilets is brand new so it shouldn't have been a problem. Unfortunately, you did not contact me personally about your concerns. I have always addressed any problems promptly.

Potrero has an exotic end-of-the-road vibe. Condo’s view from its 2nd floor picture. window and balcony is postcard perfect. Be forewarned that the property management company, whose service is otherwise excellent, required us to sign an unlimited and non-contestable damage-related agreement and provide our credit card number.
