We are in CR yearly. We winged our trip this last time. Found Casa Fritz. It was a a bit pricey but the pictures looked Bea-uti-ful! I get it was a holiday (USA) so I figured why not. Maurice says, I Love To Host! on this site. His Co host, very nice young man, Andrés. He says let us know if you need anything, we will be glad to help. So I did. I did ask for replace sheets in 1 of the bdrms, some ant spray because when we got there, there were ants everywhere. The sheets in the cabinet had a musty smell. Maurice's response - angry and was telling us to leave and we had an attitude. No sir, you offered to assist, we asked? You turned angry. I have pictures. You charge 250 per night and you dont have bug control? Back up sheets for beds? Blankets for beds? Hot water for that matter??? I have spent many weeks in CR for same size Home/Condo/pool and never had a home not have back up sheets or not have bug spray or hot wtr. Andrés was the only reasonable host. We left as clean as possible.
Beautiful new home. Sparkling clean, comfortable and we LOVED the pool. Very well equipped home. The local caretaker as well as the owner’s father who is next door couldn’t have been any nicer, helpful and friendly. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure. Steep but easy walk down to Playa Carrillo if you want to walk. The soda around the corner was so good we ate there 3x!

Nice place, there are 3 rooms each with their bathroom, 2 of them with a bed for 2 people and the other room with two single beds. Large kitchen to cook freely. Very good hospitality from guests are constantly on the lookout if something is missing to help out. The property is about 700 meters from the beach, the pool is shared with the owner who lives next door, however they don't use it much. Cars are located near the property but not inside the garage.
