Unassuming apartment building opens to the most beautiful location we could have asked for. Amazing ocean view, semi-private beach on-site was a dream, short walk to the Marina area and other restaurants, shops etc. Loved the farmers market on Monday night (just around the corner). Pro tip - Rent a golf cart! Sunsets at Playa Flamingo Beach were just minutes away. Couldn't ask for better communication throughout the stay... Jair was incredibly helpful and attentive. We'll be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. Without a doubt, one of its greatest attractions is the direct access to Playa Escondida, a very calm and uncrowded beach. Although all the beaches in Costa Rica are public, this one feels almost like a private beach due to the small number of people who visit it, which allows you to enjoy the sea with a lot of peace and privacy. The location is simply excellent. It is very close to Playa Conchal, Brasilito and Playa Potrero, and even Tamarindo is a short drive away. In addition, the Flamingo Marina offers many delicious dining options, as well as a pharmacy, convenience store and other amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning. Waking up and enjoying an ocean view, even from the bathroom, makes the experience truly special. As for the place, everything was impeccable: extremely clean, very well maintained, and with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is beautiful, equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy. It has a simply spectacular view of the beach. The location is perfect, in a very private area of Flamingo, ideal for resting and enjoying the place, but at the same time close to everything you need. The hosts were very attentive, friendly, and always available to help us with any questions, making the entire stay very comfortable. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We've stayed at the marina cove before but this was our favorite stay yet. The rocking chairs outside, the beach chairs they provided as well as the well stocked amenities it made for a wonderful smooth vacation. The hosts were super responsive which is very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

My family truly loved our stay at this home. The location by the marina was awesome. Lots to do around the area and tours that take off from the marina steps away. It was quiet and all you could hear was the waves and the birds. I had my two boys (9 & 4) they loved it here and especially liked the loft sleeping area. The beach right outside was beautiful and comfortable. The true standout though had to be Jair. He was amazingly friendly and helpful when I had silly questions or needed assistance. Unbelievably kind and went a step above. Thank you for opening your home to us, what a beautiful country and people…Pura Vida!

We had an enjoyable stay at Amy's place -- it was lovely to wake up and sit on the porch, overlooking the beach and hearing the waves. The location was lovely ... an easy stroll to restaurants and the beach. Jose, the co-host, was extremely responsive and when I questioned whether the karaoke mics were working (they were) he went out of his way to drop off a karaoke player for us the very next morning. A note of caution: the loft stairs are incredibly steep. For older people, very young children, and those needing to use a restroom during the night, this would not be a recommended area for sleeping, despite its charm.

This is a great AirBnB with an incredible semi-private beach to hang out with family. The views of the ocean in the morning and evening are amazing and it's such a short walk to the beach. Lots of areas to explore with kids if you have little ones. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Playa Flamingo!

We loved our stay in Playa Flamingo. The private beach is a bit rocky but there is a small section of sand floor to swim safely with kids. Great location and the view is amazing. The house was well stocked and clean. We would love to return!

If you were going to stay in the guanacaste region (which do your research it is the sunny drier part of Costa Rica), this is the absolute best spot!! if you are coming to this part of the country, it is likely for the beaches and you have multiple beaches in walking distance. With this condo, you get access to the private beach right outside which is beautiful and quiet! You are also walking distance from another beach that has all of the local excitement, vendors, restaurants on the water, and also beautiful yet not overcrowded like Tamarindo. The marina is just next door which provides a more luxury convenience store, coffee shop, and dining spots than what you see on most of the island and you can book water tours and activities that leave right off the dock! Our favorite place for brunch was Hibiscus bagel & Cafe. It is one of the highest rated restaurants in the area and it is less than a 10 minute walk from the condo.

Beautiful location right on the beach with access to a secluded beach that was much emptier. Can also walk to Playa Flamingo and enjoy bigger beach with more waves. Walking distance to restaurants. It is on the 3rd floor with stairs, just to keep in mind. Very safe.

We absolutely loved the location and the airbnb. It was a beautiful place and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The beach was very peaceful, easy to walk to many restaurants and stores.

This place was AMAZING and so was the host! The place is very comfortable, the views are AMAZING, the location is great and you feel very safe in the area. Having a private beach was great but it was also nice to be able to walk to Flamingo beach where all the action is specially at sunset. I would DEFINITELY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT specially having such an attentive host.

The unit was recently renovated and extremely well stocked for cooking and cleaning and the beach chairs were great The balcony view was amazing and only a stones throw from the private beach The breeze off the ocean was was great Location near marina was great and only a 9 Minute walk to a world class beach for swimming and walking Would definitely recommend this unit
