I want to provide details to refute this spiteful, false rating: Three friends staying in three different apartments within my same property. With an hour and a half left before all of them checked out, one of Alex's friends from another apartment asked me via chat for permission for all of them to check out late, adding the reason "to take advantage of a sunny day." I informed you of the additional charge for the fee/service and then I explained that said charge would be for each apartment separately, and that's how I answered the question from this friend who was "negotiating" with me in the chat. I also guided him via chat and accompanied him until his final decision, which was that only one of the three friends was going to pay (not Alex or the friend in the chat). I asked this friend in the chat, Don Alex, to vacate the apartment on time, leave the keys, and if he wanted a late check-out, to pay the amount. Again, only one of the three friends paid his fee properly, and he was left with the keys to his room until late, so that only he, who did pay his own fee, could re-enter the property. Mr. Alex checked out at the initially agreed time, and the problem arose when Mr. Alex returned with his group, along with the friend who had paid and also with the one who had not paid, and his group, without my permission (that is, the entire same group), to watch World Cup soccer by the pool. Mr. Alex parked his vehicle at the location of another apartment that was occupied by a third party unrelated to this situation; again, without my permission. There I wrote to the friend from the chat asking for reasons for what was happening, and he never answered me at all. And yes, they all took advantage of the fact that only one of them had paid to re-enter, and they had access to parking, the pool and its terraces, and they took advantage of the fact that it was the only apartment that had paid the fee to use it as a base for the whole group; without my permission. When I go to charge Don Alex for the late check-out days later, what I get is this retaliatory rating, even though, again, they were phenomenal in their respective stays. I would have expected to first receive thanks for the pleasant weekend last weekend with his group and friends staying in separate apartments, enjoying the pool with BBQ until late at night together. The platform compensated me for what they didn't pay, so they agreed that they should have paid. In the end, to you, Mr. Alex, and friends, my advice: enjoy, give thanks, and don't leave without paying.
