In the middle of south beach and downtown tulum. ALMOST walkable I would recommend bikes for sure. Staff was helpful! WARNING the concierge service through the hotel did charge me an additional $63 USD for a bag delay. Would not move the car till I had proof of payment. This took total from $140 to $203 + Tip for the driver. ( not his fault bad company) Felt very shiesty/ took advantage of us as tourist.

Place looks 10x better in person. The zamas hotel is the best customer service I have ever received. The air bnb is so private but u reap all benefits of the hotel. 10/10

This place worked for our group, it was practical and in a decent location - 5-10 min ride to all the hotspots along the beach depending on traffic. While there were no frills, it served its purpose for our group. We enjoyed the outside pool and the downstairs open area. Susan was very responsive and having access to the Zamas concierge was very helpful for activities. We used their guide for a cenote excursion and they helped arrange our airport transfers and taxis. We had assistance when we needed it.

We really enjoyed spending time at the house. The pool was amazing! Location is convenient for picking up groceries and walking to a few places for food and drinks. You’ll want a cab to get to the heart of the hotel zone. Overall, the house had everything we wanted. The staff were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an amazing stay at Susan’s place in Tulum! The house was perfect for our large group of 12 - spacious enough for everyone to hang out together but also have their own private areas when needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to buy groceries and cook meals at home. The property felt very secure, and there was convenient parking for those who had cars. The on-site staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. A huge shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond by helping me plan a dinner party for 21 people! Everything - from the food and staff to the location and DJ - was a total hit. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Tulum, especially if you're traveling with a group. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay. One one hand, this place has absolute privacy; on the otherhand all the hotel services are at your disposal. Perfect combo. Place felt very safe with 24/7 security and people always ready to help. If we ever go to Tulum again, this where we’ll stay.

Susan's house was perfect to host my bachelor party in Tulum! The 10 of us had plenty of space. The patio and pool areas were great gathering spaces. The management team at the Zamas hotel was phenomenal in getting us checked in, keeping the house clean, and booking us chefs, transportation, and excursions. The house's location is as good as it gets. Walk 5 minutes, and you're right in the mix!

Magical! Casa Viejello is stunning, authentic, spacious, well stocked, comfortable, safe. I truly can’t say enough good things about it. Being that it sits on the Hotel Zamas property is a huge plus. You get all the benefits of a hotel, restaurant on site. Front desk/concierge services, cleaning. With all the privacy of a house. It is the best of both worlds. Plus your own large private pool. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook a beautiful meal or just go to the stunning hotel restaurant on the beach. Or even order room service from the bar! We had a large party hosted at the house that the hotel planned and catered that was absolutely perfect in every detail. Susan, the host, is simply the best. Responsive, helpful, a true delight. Of the many Airbnb properties I’ve stayed at, this is one I would (plan to) absolutely visit again. And again. Rent this house!

Immaculate immaculate immaculate! We stayed here for my bachelorette party and were right at home! The house itself fit 12 girls comfortably with plenty of bathrooms! Each room has their own AC! The views and balcony were perfect! We felt so safe with 24/7 security along with locked fence and additional locked personal fence. Abby and Daniel at Zamas front desk helped with transportation, locating a personal chef, and many other recommendations! I couldn’t be more grateful for them and what they added to our trip! 10/10 experience!

Casa Vallejo was absolutely wonderful! The staff at Zamas hotel was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was much bigger than I expected and it was very secluded and private. I traveled with a group of nine women and we felt safe because there was a security guard standing at the gate throughout the night. I highly recommend this air bnb!

We had such a lovely stay. Went to celebrate my 40th with 10 of my friends and the house was spacious, clean, beautiful and in a great area. We were so thankful to have the pool and ocean both steps away from the front door. The host was wonderful, they took care of our every possible need from arranging shuttles and taxis to helping with beachfront massages. This house felt secluded from the loud nightlife areas and we all had the best time. The only small disadvantage was that the kitchen was small for cooking, which we did a lot. Other than that it was all perfect. Many of the bedrooms are connected, with only drapes added for privacy- so the sound traveled from one room to the other, but even with 11 people in the house we didn't have much of an issue with that. It really was such a lovely place to stay and we are happy we splurged and booked this lovely house. We felt safe and taken care of the whole time- many thanks to the Zamas team!
