Great location only a stroll to the gilded iguana and many other great spots. Place felt very big and more than enough for 2 kids and 2 adults. Would and definitely am staying again! Simone also made it very easy to have a car waiting at the airport for us and arrange any thing we needed to make the trip seamless.

We had a wonderful stay at FLOW Villas. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. We loved the neighborhood and the only bad part was having to leave this beautiful property to go home…so sad to leave FLOW and Nosara but we hope to return in the near future!

We had an amazing time at Simone's place in Nosara. It's modern, well equipped and was perfect for our family of 4 for March Break. Location couldn't be better - it's a short walk to the beach, surf shops, great restaurants and coffee shops. We'll definitely go back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Flow! Perfectly located right in the center of Nosara and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. House was clean and perfectly described. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location. Great setup. We loved our stay at Flow. The pool was perfect for an afternoon cool off or an evening swim. Located on a quiet street but close to the main things in Nosara. Really an outstanding experience.

My family of 4 had a fantastic time at “flow”. My daughters took surfing lessons and are confident surfers. The house is very close to the beach and most of the best restaurants. We rented a golf kart to get around. The market does have everything you need. The coffee bus is great. Everyone was very friendly. I remembered my Spanish from school! We will definitely be going back.

The house is well located just 1 block from the "downtown" strip of the beach village. It is divided up into three non-connected areas - the kitchen/living room and each of the two bedrooms has its own entrance around a courtyard that contains the small pool. From the listing, we did not see that the rooms were not connected, which could be a plus, or for us a minus, as we were traveling with a baby and we didn't know that to enter her bedroom we had to exit ours into the courtyard and enter hers separately through its sliding doors. For 2 couples traveling together or for a family with older children it would certainly be a plus. Luckily we brought a baby monitor with so it was not a big deal but something you should know if you are traveling with a small child. They have a security guard at night from 5-10 pm which they said allows guests to go out without worry of burglary as apparently it normally happens when people go out to eat. That was nice. The reason I gave it 4 stars, not 5 is for two reasons: the sheets while obviously freshly laundered had some stains on them which for $495 per night we would not expect. Also I killed many hundreds of ants in the kitchen/living room area over the course of our week there. They gave us a can of bug spray and an extra one when that one ran out but told us it was normal at this time of year to have ants indoors. I don't doubt that but I do think for the price they ask, they would fumigate it more frequently to minimize the problem. I am sure for those people who live there, they get used to the ants and its normal, but visitors might not be as accustomed to it and for $495 a night, might expect fewer ants in the living area. Overall, we had a nice time at the property and the location, safety, and simple but stylish living areas were perfect for our needs. Just for the price asked we did expect more in those 2 areas mentioned above.
