Good location! Santa Teresa is where we saw the most cockroaches (including one in our accommodation) but it has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the AirB&B itself! We enjoyed the pool a lot as the waves of the sea in Santa Teresa are very powerful - swimming there is less interesting, unless you're surfing! We liked the Banana Beach Bar!

A very nice accommodation with unheated pool, large kitchen and everything you need for a short ocean long stay. We heard howler monkeys in the morning and saw a hummingbird in the garden.

Michela’s place was heaven in earth! Right off the main road of Santa Teresa and steps to not only the beach, but a lot of really great restaurants as well. The space was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. I loved the pool area and the whole vibe of the property. The experience was so great I was sad to leave, would recommend to anyone and I hope to find my way back.

Michela was there for me whenever I needed her. She lives in the complex and you can see here and her husband around the apartments at all times of the day. She speaks English very well which is super helpful. The place is well located, although I would recommend rented a car or an ATV if you don't like to walk in the heat. I did not have a car but I like to walk so it was not an issue. The beach entrance is literally 100 meters away from this place. I highly recommend, thank you Michela :-)

This place is more than my friend and I had a great time had a great time! A quiet place and close to the beach and all the amenities. The hosts are super friendly people and welcomed us very well :). I 100% recommend it

Perfect oasis in the heart of town. Extremely clean, spacious and well equipped. Quick walk to beach, restaurants and activities. Pool area is very relaxing and great to cool off. Hosts are very accommodating and everything was perfect. Would happily stay here again.

Anam is a wonderful stay. This airbnb was more than what I expected and I wish I could give it 10 plus stars! Michela and Jorgos were so welcoming and truly so genuine. They offered help, gave great suggestions, and just overall great hosts. There is free coffee in the mornings freshly made and even on our last day when we had to leave a little early to head to the airport, Michela started making it just for us a little earlier than she normally would make it. That is just one example of how they go out of there way to accommodate you during your stay. She is so kind and genuine. Access in and out of the airbnb is easy and convenient so you aren't always making a scene when trying to leave or enter. The apartments have their privacy so you can do your own thing but it also easy to socialize with others also staying there. We met some awesome people in the common areas. The place is peaceful and relaxing. It was so nice to lay on the hammock and hear all the birds or even the rain at night time. The place is super clean and very well maintained. Anam is just a short walk to Main Street which has access to the beach. You are in walking distance to everything. It was perfect! The next time I come back to Santa Theresa I will be staying at Michela and Jorgos's place:)

Amazing! I would highly recommend staying here!! It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and right up the street from restaurants & bars…and yet the property is very tranquil with a beautiful pool, yoga shala and private porches or balconies with hammocks. Our apartment had a kitchen, great AC and super clean & nice bathroom and plenty of room for my friend and I! And Michela & Lorgos are such amazing hosts! They made us feel right at home & gave us directions & so much help. Highly recommend staying here and incredible value!!!
