Great stay in Nosara! Federico was super responsive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful, spacious, and never felt crowded. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay here again!
The house was perfect for our family of 5! It’s a beautiful house and the grounds are stunning. The shared pool was not an issue and the shared bbq space was great to have. Fredrico was a helpful and responsive host.

This home is an oasis! The landscaping is exceptional and the pool is gorgeous. The living space is functional, modern and spacious. The house is close enough to ride by bike to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house exterior design is a modern Costa Rican style complete with a wall surrounding the premises and gate providing security and complete privacy while using the pool and enjoying the outdoor space. Federico is kind and responsive and he offered us many options for things to do and updated us with important details. I definitely recommend arranging for a shuttle and then renting the ATV from Federico. The ATV operates better than a car in the roads and you can travel to the surrounding beaches and explore using the ATV. Federico offers a great price that is better price than most of the other ATV and bike rental places! Plus the ATV is already waiting for you on the property when you arrive!
Definitely recommend! Even nicer in real life than the pictures! We felt super comfortable and had a great time in the paradise that Federico created! Beautifully landscaped, stylishly furnished, the flat area by the pool was great with kids, and there was plenty of extra equipment for kids. The communication with Federico was also very nice, and Nosara is a very nice vacation spot. We can't wait to come back!

Nice place, do note the shared amenity’s ( we had a family takeover that area before 8am almost daily during stay) if your not in to that would seek other options. Excellent location & modern build. Super clean & would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at Federico’s. The space is beautiful and well stocked with all the necessities. The outside area is great and inviting. Even though the pool area is shared between the two villas, it feels private and very luxurious. There’s lots of great beaches nearby with some wonderful surf. We will cherish our trip to Nosara for a long time.
We had such a great stay at this home in Nosara! The house was incredibly clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax right away. We especially loved the pool and grill area—it was the perfect spot to unwind and spend time together. The home is located in a more residential neighborhood, which made it super quiet and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again!
Second year staying at Federico’s place. It is a fabulous set up. Wonderful pool, with spectacular landscaping all around the house. Signed up again for a third year! He is extremely responsive, resourceful, personable and knowledgeable of the area for excellent recommendations - restaurants, fishing, and activities. Can’t say enough about the place!
We were so happy with our stay. The family was very comfortable. We felt very safe and most importantly Federico was an incredible host. This is a great spot for families. You’ll need a golf cart or car to get to town which is part of the gig. We were really impressed with the quality of the house itself, and how the kitchen was stocked with high quality appliances for coffee, juice and cooking. For groceries had to Super Nosara just a few Km away. It shares a space with another home he owns where we share a pool and communal space. We met the other family and enjoyed spending time in the shared space with them. But really I wanna say this place sucks and don’t come here because we just wanna keep coming back and have it to ourselves. ;)
We booked and paid for a 3-bedroom house, which is how the listing is advertised. This was the only reason we chose this place. Upon arrival, we were given a different house with only 2 bedrooms. We were later told by the host that the third bedroom is only “added” if there are more than 6 guests, something that is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. This is misleading. A 3-bedroom listing should be a 3-bedroom home, regardless of guest count. How guests choose to use the rooms is not the host’s decision. Because of this situation, our stay was seriously disrupted. My wife and infant had to leave the property and take a costly taxi back home just so we could sleep. The issue was raised immediately, but no real solution was provided in time. This was not a small inconvenience — it was a fundamental mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. I would strongly advise future guests to confirm in writing exactly which house and how many bedrooms they will receive, a

I respectfully disagree with this review and would like to clarify the facts. The reservation was made for 5 guests. The property advertised is a 3-bedroom home, and the third bedroom is part of the house. At no time was a different house provided — the home delivered was exactly the one shown in the listing photos. Room preparation is based on the number of guests included in the reservation. For bookings of 6 guests, all three bedrooms are prepared and opened. This allows us to align preparation and operational costs with occupancy. It is also important to clarify that the guests did not vacate the property. Airbnb reviewed the case directly and determined a partial refund of 30%, which reflects their assessment of the situation. We responded promptly when the concern was raised and offered assistance. Transparency is extremely important to me, and I always encourage guests to review listing details carefully or contact me prior to arrival to ensure expectations are aligned.
We absolutely loved it! Already the second time we’ve been there. Federico is an amazing host, the house is beautiful, very detailed taken cared of, the outside space as well. So definitely highly recommended!
What a beautiful property in Nosara. We could not have asked for anything more. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and we felt right at home in the house and its lovely kitchen. It is close enough to the action but far enough to be very peaceful and quiet.
