We had a great stay at this beachfront house in Poneloya. The location is fantastic — right on the beach with wonderful ocean vibes and beautiful views. The area feels very authentic, with lots of locals and very few tourists, which made the experience feel special and relaxed. The house itself is comfortable and offered good value for what we paid. It’s a simple, laid-back place that fits the beach setting well. Having staff on-site was helpful and reassuring, and overall everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was there. If you’re looking for a quiet, local beach experience rather than a polished resort environment, this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others.

Jessica was avery friendly and nice host. The house is beautiful, peaceful, spacious & welcoming. It had plenty of room for our family. The view is amazing. We totally loved it!

beautiful beach home just wish we had brought beach toys our family had a great time in the kitchen walking to the beach and going to eat to the local restaurant and the lady that helped us I forget her name was very sweet my baby loved her

Excellent place!! Yelba (the housekeeper) was always incredibly attentive to every request!!! The house was lovely and spacious, and the neighborhood was great. Highly recommended! We just left and already want to go back… Jessica always kept us in touch before, during, and after our stay!!!

Beautiful location and home! Beach is beautiful! The only downfall is that there wasn’t much to do in the immediate area. We drove to Leon a couple days. The home was over seen by a young woman who was excellent resource and very kind! We were grateful for her while there. I would highly recommend staying here. Just do some research on things to do.

We stayed here for a week in the "rainy season". But it didn't rain that much except at night and we enjoyed long walks on the beach, playing soccer and collecting seashells. The place was great for us. Plenty of room. Clean and a wonderful place to unwind from busy life.
