Villa Serenity and Stephen are both amazing hosts. With the most beautiful view and a fantastic pool overlooking the sea, there’s not much else to ask for on the Riviera Maya! Chef Ramiro makes phenomenal meals, whatever you want, is the most accommodating, and one of the nicest guys ever we ever met. Great massage experience at the house as well. The house is extremely comfortable and Stephen takes every precaution to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. We plan to come back to this slice of paradise!

Our family of 5 adults, 2 toddlers, and a baby girl recently had the pleasure of staying 5 days at Stephen's luxurious seaside home in Puerto Aventuras. Every space in the house—from the expansive kitchen and living room to the large pool with jacuzzi—boasts stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. The place is fully equipped with all sorts of modern amenities, including smart automation for lighting, sound, and pool, along with a fully equipped kitchen, gym, and entertainment options, exceeded our expectations. But what made it even better is Stephen's attentiveness and eagerness to ensure our comfort. He is always super quick to answer any message and he helped us at every turn of our trip well before we got there. Despite being a splurge, the value and enjoyment we received made it absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient getaway in Puerto Aventuras.

Our family from Canada and the US hosted my mother’s 80th birthday in Puerto Aventuras. We stayed at Stephen’s house. We had a great time! The house is beautiful, kept very clean and stocked, has a gourmet kitchen, lovely decorating and a great pool. Stephen was attentive and a gracious host. He offered many suggestions for local activities and excursions. I would not hesitate to recommend it for a couple or a family. Thank you, Stephan!

Absolutely breathtaking home and location with everything you could ever hope to have in an Airbnb. My family of 6 had a blast playing in the pool and watching movies at night.

We have a fantastic stay in beautiful villa. Our expectations were surpassed! Stephen was extremely helpful, offering suggestions for everything from transport services to a remarkable chef. We would absolutely return again.

Stephen’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in several vacation rentals and Stephen’s was by far the nicest vacation rental which we have stayed in. The location is very secluded, in a private gated town with private security. The town has its own restaurants, shops, fishing charters, nighttime entertainment, grocery store, and other amenities. The quality of the house was exceptional. Other vacation rentals can show a lot of wear and tear, but Stephen house was pristine. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

This is an Amazing house in a perfect location. The daily housekeeper and we added a private chef that made this more of a private resort than just a house. The house fit our gathering of 3 families easily. The pool and hot tub were larger than I thought from the pictures, and kept our kids happy 14 hours a day!! ;) The ocean views and sea breeze through the house were amazing. But each room had AC too if that is your preference. The community is gated and super safe. Many lovely shops, restaurants and bars that are easily walkable, or rent a private golf kart during your stay. The dolphin experience and we chartered a small boat to take us snorkeling in the reef are unique memories we won’t forget. I highly recommend this house and location whether you are planning a quite escape to a private house on the water, or if you want a great location to call home base while you access all the amenities in the area. You can’t go wrong here. I highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful family trip to Stafan’s place with 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children. The house had big spacious bedrooms, a great living room / kitchen area - and a lovely heated pool. The kids had a blast in the pool and all the pool toys / pool noodles kept them occupied. We used Stafan’s recommendations for massages (which were fantastic value), grocery delivery (which was seamless) and chef. Our experience with the Chef we chose was underwhelming, but that sounds like it was a rare occurrence compared to other reviews. Stafan was a very responsive and friendly host, it’s his personal home and he stays nearby during your stay. His cleaner was there everyday for multiple hours changing linens, laundry etc- it was nice not to have to clean dishes on a vacation. We rented a Golf Cart & it was perfect to navigate Puerto Aventuras village and drive to the nearby Beach club - which was amazing for the kids. Calm shallow water, sand, and food/bev available. The gym was a bonus also.

Our stay at Villa Serenity was great. The home and its amenities were more beautiful in person than in pictures. While we had hoped for swimming access from the private beach, we were able to spend a day at the nearby Puerto Aventuras Hotel and Beach Club, where we swam, paddle, boarded, and snorkeled. The home has a house keeper who came daily at 9am and stayed for hours. Stephen was very proactive in his communications and recommendations. We utilized his recommendations for restaurants, golf cart rentals, massages, and local transportation (which was the only one that disappointed us and left us stranded at a destination due to mechanical difficulties). Since the host lives at the house and stays across the street when renting it out, he is always accessible should you need anything or have questions (I think we saw him almost daily). The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and the views were beautiful!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were very happy with our accommodation. We had a lot of communication with Stephen of any questions that came up. We received very friendly treatment. The house is beautiful, just like the pictures and everything was clean and tidy.

Where do I start, there are too many great things to list. Most important, Stafan's demeanor and willingness to assist. As we arrived he was there to greet us, as our stay progressed he checked in to ensure we were pleased, and anytime we had questions he was quick to offer help. This home not only has an incredibly accommodating host, and a wonderful housekeeping staff, but it's also fully equipped to make sure you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. The pool deck allows you to observe the ocean break, the poolside fountains set the mood at night, and the spa is perfect for a comfortable late night reset. The gated community feels safe, the amenities are near, the beaches are beautiful, and attractions are all close by. As many have said, we too also highly recommend employing Stafan's recommended chef, Ramiro and the in-home masseuse, Araceli. They're the perfect cherry on top to your vacation. And If AirBnb didn't limit my review to 1000 characters, I would go on. ;)

A memorable trip at a truly beautiful home. Our party of 5 had more than enough space. The pool and patio were breathtaking at daybreak and sunset. This was one of the safest communities with a wealth of restaurant options. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away and unwind

I cannot recommend Stafan's home highly enough. Our group of 8 adults and one toddler had the most incredible stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful, staff were attentive and respectful, and the home itself is immaculate. Most beautiful place we've ever stayed, hands down. The gated community feels incredibly safe and is walkable for good food, but we'd highly recommend employing Stafan's recommended chef, Ramiro, who we had come for daily breakfasts and 2 dinners and would have happily welcomed for every single meal had his schedule allowed! We also used Stafan's recommendation for in-home massages and we all agreed they were the best massages we've ever had. Can you tell we had a great time?? Can't wait to go back!!

What an amazing home! Memories made for a lifetime! Already planning a return trip! The views were stunning from the 2 master bedrooms and the off the kitchen. Everything was clean and the house was fully stocked. The kitchen was so wonderful. We hired Chef Ramiro and he cooked for us the entire week we were there. What a luxury! Him and his wife became like family and his food was delicious. Our kids tried so many new things! The house also comes with a daily cleaning service. She even did our laundry every day and changed our sheets every other! The best part was the host Stephen. From the moment we booked he gave me all of the contacts for the golf cart, beach club, massages at the house, etc. At one point before our trip he called me to answer some questions I had about being in Mexico in general. He goes above and beyond. He even has a friend on site David who cut down some golf clubs for my kids to golf that week. They are just lovely people! Thank you Stephen and David!
