We just spent a month at this place. It is huge, 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a back yard, very nice. The pool is small. Considering it can fit so many people, the pool is small for everyone to fit. The place is in safe area. We felt like we owned the whole beach. Someday we didn't see no one at the beach. The sunsets are amazing. It is 45 min drive to Tamarindo, so all major shopping and excursions will take some driving time. The ocean was very nice. Even though the beach has rip currents, we were able to swim almost every day. I marked the place 4 star only because of the communication with the caretakers. We had some issues in the house. Nothing major or unfixable, however the respond time was horrible. Sometime she didn't even answer at all, and the next day a repair guy shows up. The area is amazing, lots of animals, turtle nests, views. I recommend the place to everyone who wishes to stay here.

I give a 6 star to the beautiful Castillo de Coral!! This phenomenal home in Playa Junquillal has made memories for our family in a way that will never be forgotten. The location is perfect to walk the beach, fish, surf and next to an estuary for kayaking and paddle boarding. The stores and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away near the local leather back turtle sanctuary. All of Castillo de Coral's accommodations has catered to our group like a fine wine. I recommend familys with kids and all demographics will enjoy the Pura Vida that this beach house has to offer. We sure did!! Well worth a share to family and friends!!
