Neidy

While Neidy’s place was nice and as described, the communication left something to be desired. He initially contacted me the day of our arrival about 3 hours before check-in to ask for the names of everyone staying in the unit so they could be provided to security at the front gate. I promptly responded, but then did not hear anything back from him, despite trying multiple times to connect. I had to engage Airbnb support to contact him so we could gain access to the apartment, and we had to wait for another hour after we tried to check in at the front gate while we waited to hear back from either Neidy or Airbnb. It was a little frustrating. Ultimately Neidy got in contact with us and gave us the check in instructions, and after that, everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a great location. It accurately fit the description.
