Abner's accommodation, well defined as shown in the offer, a very cozy, spacious, clean place, with all the amenities for a family, very friendly and diligent host, he helped us find where to eat and what to do, I recommend it for families who want to visit Panajachel.

We had a quick 1 night stay, Abner was super friendly and attentive. He waited for us until we arrived very late (we traveled from CR late) and helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport. Everything was very clean, we easily located the place I would definitely come back

We stayed one night with my group of friends, really everything perfect from before entering, until when we were already there, the place is identically as seen in the photos, even nicer, Abner was always attentive to us, and I give us all the help to do the late check-in, and the next day I give us the park space to leave the vehicle there, while we make the tour of the Lake villages. Super recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and responsive at all times. The exterior and patio areas are beautiful, and adorned with lovely flowers, making the surroundings very serene. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the shared rooftop patio. Our apartment was very spacious, perfectly accommodating our family of five with plenty of beds and linens. While the accommodations are a bit plain and simple without fancy decorations, they were perfectly adequate for a nice, comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the provision of purified drinking water for our entire stay, which was very helpful. Additionally, we could request maid services to clean our little home during our stay at no extra charge, which added to the convenience. We felt very safe both on the premises and in the neighborhood. The area is walkable, allowing us to explore and enjoy the surroundings easily.

A place very close to the center of Panajachel, just what you need to get to know the lake and nearby villages Host was very nice and very quick to respond

Host does not have a key copy of the rooms. If you forget it inside, I will charge you for Q150.00 (I charge you) "for fixing" and opening one of the rooms since I mistakenly closed the door by closing the door leaving the key inside; it is worth mentioning that it was paid for and still what you did was just remove the lock, I had to place a table behind the door so that it did not open and sleep with the door closed. Host commented that the incident was left outside of airbnb so as not to be affected, I consider it prudent and a responsible host to be able to offer support to their guests by having copies of their rooms or houses. But rest assured... as the host mentions it "it's not to take advantage but that they are expensive pieces" *SO EXPENSIVE THAT IT does not HAVE A COPY*

Wow Gabriela, lamento esta circunstancia que se dio, pero claramente te comenté en su momento, -Esto fue un incidente que no fue nuestra culpa- . Lamentablemente no hay ferreterÍas abiertas a las 9pm para comprar nuevas cerraduras, por lo que no pudimos colocar la pieza que por NEGLIGENCIA TUYA tuvimos que romper y comprar. Amablemente te invito a visitar alguna tienda o ferretería para que conozcas el precio de estas piezas (chapa le dicen).
