We had a great short stay at the property. There were a few issues that got resolved very quickly. The house is in a good location to the street with a lot of restaurants and bars etc. There are two sizeable bedrooms (however one the shower pressure is terrible so wouldn't even use). It's quiet at night. Overall we enjoyed the stay but wouldn't choose it again.
Loved the house and Playa Guiones, we had such a fun week and can wait to go back! Angela was an excellent host!
My family and I had a really lovely stay at Angela’s place. She was incredibly helpful, meeting us at check-in and giving us a quick, clear walkthrough of the house, which made settling in easy. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to nearby bars and restaurants, and a pleasant walk to either beach. When we experienced a blackout during our stay, Angela was very responsive and supportive in helping us navigate the situation, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside, which was completely out of her control, was some loud construction next door. You couldn’t hear much from inside the house, but it was noticeable when spending time in the otherwise beautiful outdoor space and pool. Overall, a great stay and a wonderful host.
Our family of 3 adults really enjoyed our stay here, a short (5-10 min) walk to the beautiful beaches (Guiones and Pelada), restaurants, shops, etc. The location is very convenient and the home is spacious, comfortable and mostly peaceful, though there is some construction across the street that occasionally detracted from using the outdoor patio.
Had an absolutely wonderful stay- great location, communication and home. We would definitely return again

Angela was fabulous, made sure we got there safely and ensured we had correct directions the whole way and adapted her schedule based on our delays. She replied immediately during our trip and resolved our (minor) issues quickly. She had great recommendations for local activities when we asked. The house was perfectly located to town, beach, surf shops, trails and nature. A quick walk to Playa Pelada and Guiones. We did so much research and looked at many places before and would choose Tuanis again!
Angela's place was perfect for our stay in Nosara. The location was super convenient, minutes away by foot to the beach/restaurants in the area. She was responsive and communicated instructions really well during our stay. We did have some power and internet issues throughout our stay but that comes with every other place in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s. She is very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, in particular the outdoor patio space. We had breakfast out there everyday, and the pool is great for the hot afternoons. The set up of the house with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms offers a lot of privacy. We were two friends travelling but this place could easily work for two couples or a couple of small families as there are a couple of beds in each room. The location was excellent. It was a little bit away from the busier part of the community, but everything was close by and walkable. The beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience store are nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!
Tuanis couldn't be in a more perfect location, it's walkable to the shops and beach. The house is perfectly laid out for sharing with a group of 4+ with lots of space so we never felt on top of each other, and the outdoor patio and pool area was lovely. The home came with amenities we appreciated like - plenty of beach towels, shower gel/shampoo, and a cleaning service.
We had two couples on this visit to Nosara staying at Tuanis. House. This was the 6th rental for us in Nosara and by far the best. The property location is perfect. Close to everything making things walkable but on the outskirts of the busy area. We did rent four wheelers for the week to allow us more flexibility of different beaches/restaurants. The pictures of the home understates how good the space really is. The separation of the bedrooms offers a lot of privacy. The living space inside is larger than we expected and the outdoor area is large and wonderful. The pool is a great soaking pool on hot days. Just make sure you find the pool skimmer to keep the leaves/flowers from taking over the pool. Your are in the jungle and lots of nature leads to falling debris. There is a third apartment upstairs with a king bed and a loft that I think you can rent in addition if you want to bring more people. 3 couples could easily stay here really comfortably. There’s additional beds if you are bringing some little ones. There is no microwave which was not a big deal but be aware if you are planning to warm leftovers. Bedding and towels were exceptionally good and bathrooms large and clean. Angela is a great property manager taking care of any of our needs including having some basics waiting for us upon arrival which was quite late. Our group gave this property a 5 star rating with great value for the price. Pura Vida.
This is a beautiful home perfectly located within walking distance to Playa Guiones. Perfect for families with great outdoor space for entertaining. A true gem in Nosara.
