Super nice place, accessible, very attentive, everything very clean and tidy

This is a great place to stay. I would recommend if you want to spend some time with family or friends. House is very pretty and cozy. There is always someone at the house that helps with anything you need. Location is great! Sunset view is amazing! Loved this place and will be coming back for sure.

We had a great stay at Adam’s place in Las Peñitas. The house was beautiful and located close to great restaurants. The pool was such a great feature and we were able to enjoy it all day. The house was spacious and had all the listed amenities. We will definitely be back!

Adam's place was just as described and worked great for our weekend stay. Doña Marciela was gracious and welcomed us upon arrival. When we had unexpected friends arrive from Granada Adam responded within minutes to alter our reservation and was more than helpful. This will be our go to place in Las Penitas when we visit again.
