My family of 6 had a blast! Two grandparents , two kids and my husband and I really enjoyed eating breakfast and having the fantastic, safe, nature loving view we had! The ac units in each room were awesome, the kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook if we wanted to and still feel like we were in the water, the pool downstairs with the slide was a favorite of children, the elevator was a plus for the grandparents, the location is super safe, the balcony space was perfect for all of us to enjoy time together, the hot water was a plus since our last place didn’t have any, the washer and dryer were excelente for kids clothes and the kids beach toys and bugggie boards were a plus for kids playing in Playa Blanca. We bought the day pass for the hotel so we could do the butterfly farm at hotel punta leona. Love this place , second time we have come! Will go again!

Great location to Playa Blanca.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! The place is right next to the white sand beach where you will see macaws, white faced monkeys, toucans and other wildlife. The beach is about a 5 minute walk down a hill that we did not have a problem with walking. There is a nearby convenient store, ice cream shop and restaurant that serves different types of food and pizzas. The balconies are huge with great views and the kitchen is well stocked. We made the drive daily to Jaco to eat at restaurants which was maybe a 25-30 minute drive. Make sure to go to the super market for food before you get here because you won’t want to leave! We will be back next year. Thanks Juan!

Beautiful apartment with outstanding views (you can hear the sound of waves), very comfortable and close to the beach. Juan is a great host, easy to reach and makes sure you enjoy the stay.

My family and I had a great time at Juan Pablo’s beautiful home. The views are spectacular, the condo is spacious and well appointed. The location feels secure and safe. The grounds are well maintained. I would definitely recommend !

This beautiful condo has the most extraordinary views. The front outdoor area provides you with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, visiting and eating meals and we enjoyed picturesque views from every part. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple cooking. We would highly recommend!

Juan's condo was a great spot to relax during the end of our vacation. The kids loved the pool, the condo offered private space for our family and grandparents traveling together. Thanks!

Great condo overlooking Playa Blanca with amazing ocean views and large balcony to enjoy it. Family enjoyed the pool and waterslide as well as the ability to explore the area on a golf cart we rented. Bit of a drive in and out of Punta Leona to get to restaurant’s and other activities but worth access to a great beach and view.

We had another wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's condo. This was our third time at this property and it was amazing as usual. The condo has everything you need and feels like home. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent a lot of time out there watching the sunset and eating meals. Our boys loved the pool, especially the slide and cave. The beach is a short walk away and one of the nicest beaches I have been too. We saw lots of wildlife while we were there, such as lemurs, monkeys, macaws, toucans and lizards. Juan Pablo is fantastic to work with and I highly recommend staying at his lovely condo.
