We booked the house for the outside amenities and view. Those two amenities did not disappoint. It was a girls art retreat and the home was perfect. We had a few house issues that were addressed quickly. There were many scorpions and spiders in the home that made it difficult to relax at times. The beach was beautiful but only walkable if your in good shape. It’s a hot steep walk back to the house . We rented a golf cart to get to beach but struggled with gate access inside the gated community . Advise getting this detail worked out prior to getting your cart. You can drive the cart to the front gate but then need to scramble across the street to get to restaurant or grocery store. It’s all doable if you are comfortable walking a little.

Very nice views from the two decks. We watched whales every morning. Kitchen has all the supplies to cook. Hot tub and pool were both well kept. Bruno met us at check-in to walk us around the property. The master bedroom has incredible views. The Jr suite is above the main house and provides space/privacy. Private beach is 1/3 mile away. It’s a steep walk but we’ll worth it.

We had our company offsite in Baja and this house was great to host five people comfortably in separate rooms. The photos are accurate and the view was absolutely amazing. Bruno was a great host. At times he was a little slow to respond before our trip, but once we arrived he was very responsive. I recommend staying here!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. We paid 3k for 5 days in a mansion in Cabo and service was unacceptable. I’m still waiting for some money back Bruno offered me. Not good at communicating at all. We didn’t get the house we paid for, the day before the trip I found out that the house that we were supposed to get was occupied by the owners and I was told through the transportation company NOT by Bruno. Then I talked to him and he got us a new house which had a beautiful view and location but it wasn’t ready to receive guests. We had to jump through the fence to get into the house because they didn’t have they key and we had to wait for several hours in order to get them. House wasn’t clean and we even found a spider in our sink. DON’T USE the transportation service that Bruno recommends, the driver was rude and unprofessional and tried to overcharge us.

I get that you're unhappy with how things turned out but I don't see why you feel the need to lie. I told you MYSELF that the situation with COVID in Cabo was really bad and that the house you rented could not be vacated since the people staying before you tested positive. This goes to anyone reading this - if you decide to travel to a different country than yours, it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated but these are the risks you choose to accept if you decide to travel during a worldwide pandemic. I found you a home extremely close to the original one that had to be prepared for your arrival the day before. The only reason you had to jump through the fence was because you arrived earlier than the agreed time of 3 p.m. (which is also the check in time on the listing) and the maid let you in so you didnt have to wait outside. If you didn't want to do that you could have just waited. I gave you transportation from the airport to the house and back for FREE as well as paying out of my pocket for a very expensive dinner at the house with a private chef to make it up to you and after that you still wanted a free breaking because you had to "jump the fence" So forgive me if I don't believe that my driver that I've worked for years was rude to you and tried to "overcharge" you after you made him wait for you a long time at the house and took you grocery shopping and you didn't even tip him. Again for anyone reading this: Don't travel during a worldwide pandemic if you can't accept that things like this can happen, they're rare but they can happen.

The house is beautiful. In a great location convenient to both Cabo San Lucas & San Jose del Cabo. Very close to Zipper's which my surfer friends really enjoyed. Definitely suggest renting a car to get around rather than relying on taxis. Bruno and Andres were wonderful hosts. Would stay here again!

Celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday at Casa Tranquila this past week with a few of her friends. Enjoyed the house greatly. Tons of space so we all had privacy when needed. Spectacular views. A short 20 minute drive or uber ride to Cabo for nightlife and water outings. House is located in a safe and private community. Also enjoyed the private beach below. Bruno was responsive to all of our needs.

Although the house is very comfortable and has amazing views, the kitchen tools made it difficult to use. If these were updated I would definitely stay again!

This place is awesome! Came for our family vacation and it was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Bruno arranged for our arrival/departure and was wonderfully communicative. He helped arrange private meals at the home which is a must! Thanks for making our holiday

Along with my family, we enjoyed our stay here. It was a group of 10 and we all fit comfortably. It is a quite/private location. We spent a couple of days at the house and others days we we would go between San Jose and San Lucas. Overall great value here.
