The size was perfect for our family of 6. Loved having 3 full bathrooms and the deck was fantastic. Beautiful spot to watch the birds come home to roost in the evening or just rest in a hammock. The pool and hot tub were lovely, surrounded by greenery. The cleaning staff came daily and reset everything, making beds and cleaning toilets. They have beach chairs and umbrellas at the desk. The negatives: Very Loud live music EVERY night until exactly 1 AM. The hot water needs time to reset after 2 showers and the toilets are weak (instruct kids to put TP in the trash).The countertop in the main bathroom is stained, the mirror is damaged and the tile in the was hastily caulked - giving it a shabby look. Hallways could use some fresh paint. Overall though, very happy with our stay!

Place is very clean with all amenities. Concierge was very helpful at all times and professional. This location is close to lots of restaurants and stores. I Definitely recommend.

The apartment is very spacious and is just as the photos reflect it, the areas are in very good condition. They make it easy for you to go to the beach or pool as well as a travel crib and chair to eat for babies. Our only drawback was that when we arrived the power went out, but throughout the area, fortunately they have a plant and the power was restored and but the A/C did not, it takes a couple more hours to run, but the A/C works very well. I definitely recommend it.

Simona's place was perfect for our family getaway! The apartment was clean, spacious and right off of Quinta Avenida. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! I will definitely be recommending this place.

After arriving in playa our initial rental fell through, we were looking for somewhere to stay right away and Simona welcomed us immediately! Perfect location, close to everything and Mamitas beach, easy access to parking. They even provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas! Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Simonas place for a week and we wished we could have stayed longer. The place is as described or better. Beautiful amazing views in the morning from either the balcony or the rooftop. Very jungle feeling, lots of plants and trees surrounding it. We were a family of 9 including 3 kids. The place was perfect for them. The rooms have ample storage place. I also have to say the AC works very good. Very convenient that each room temperature can be adjusted as needed. Location is great, basically in the middle and close to everything. You do hear music from the near club's or bars but it didnt bother us since we were so tired from everyday a activities but is something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. We would stay here again and highly recommend this place.
