The house and the location are beautiful! The accommodation is very comfortable, nice beds (foam), comfortable sofa/armchair. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything extremely well maintained! You immediately feel welcome. The photos of the swimming pool are no longer accurate; there is now a beautiful deck with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor kitchen with BBQs! You are not bothered at all by the people who are building! They are super friendly, and there is no noise nuisance.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra's place. The location is right on the beach with the sister property on one side and undeveloped land on the other. The property is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice with a huge deck, seating with covered areas to get out of the sun, a grill and counter space. The pool and deck is shared with the sister property but it was vacant during our stay. This would be a perfect property if you have a larger group and rented both houses. The A/C worked great during a very warm stay in June. Highly recommend this property.

The best spot in Hopkins! Beautiful home with an amazing beach in the front yard and a refreshing pool in the backyard. The staff was very helpful. We checked out bikes while we were there. When we left, one of the staff brought us a bag of mangoes for the road. Very kind!

The house was beautiful! Very clean and beautiful views of the ocean right from the decks! The pool was a wonderful addition. It was great to be able to jump in after a hot day of activities. Sandra and Tracey were very responsive. They answered all of my questions before and during the trip very quickly. All of the water in the house is filtered, so being able to drink the water and use the ice was also incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing place right on the beach. felt very private even though there is another house of the same complex next door. good location, we used the free bikes provided to get around. Amazing facilities, highly reccomended

The s little beach house was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need was available. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tour companies. The air conditioning worked great. The water is really shallow off of the beach for quite a ways so if the sargassum is bad, just walk through it to a clearer spot to swim. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was right on the beach and had great indoor and outdoor space. We really appreciated the screened porch to enjoy the waves and sea breeze without having to worry about the usual mosquitoes.

The view and the peaceful atmosphere helped us to rest and feel at home. We were very well taken care of from the beginning of the whole process.

We booked both houses for our group and everything was amazing! The houses are beautiful and stocked with everything you could need and more! Beautiful views and private beach, we would definitely go again.

After 6 years of visiting Belize this was our first trip to Hopkins and we fell in love with it! Sandra’s house is in a great location. It is very private yet close to all of the action. I would highly recommend this place for the location as well as the beach access and the house overall is great. It has everything you need for a nice vacation spot in Hopkins. We will definitely be back!

What an incredible experience! If you are looking for sand, sea, sun, and pure peacefulness, this is the place! It felt very private. The beach was right by the house and the breeze was unbeatable. Breathtaking view. Sandra was quick to communicate and very accommodating to our family. They went above and beyond to help us feel at home and be comfortable. They had beach chairs, beach toys, games, and more. We absolutely loved the screened porch. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the sand and waves. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

The house, location, view, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host were all absolutely top notch! Mostly you can see this in the pictures & hear about it in the other reviews, but one welcome surprise was how quiet the house/area was. No barking dogs, no crowing roosters, only the sound of the surf if your AC is off and your windows/doors are open or the sound of the AC if you close up the house & take advantage of the amazing AC. The only place we’ve stayed or read about that has AC in the living room in addition to the bedrooms.

A beautiful family time i spent with all convenience of a home, beach in the backyard was the highlight

We originally booked unit 1, but ended up going into unit 2 as it had more space and was available. The place is clean and fresh. Very good AC, clean drinking water from the tap, and store bought big jug of water also. New appliances, comfy beds and excellent water pressure. We stayed 10 days and saw manatees feeding as close as 80 yards out, right in front of our beach! Beachfront resteraunt 3 minute walk down the shore with good food and a cool breeze. We felt 100 percent safe there and would not hesitate to stay with Sandra and remi again.
