Ideal and impeccable! So very glad we chose to stay here for our first trip to Santa Teresa. The design, construction and layout of this home and surrounding grounds were very well thought out and tastefully and comfortable appointed. Felt at ease and at home from the moment we arrived. Having regular and accessible support and care from the team including Kathy (housekeeper) Elvin (maintenance) and Marisel (house manager) - an added plus - was very welcome and priceless, especially being in CR for the first time and during rainy season. The home was so peaceful and relaxing and had ample space for more than our family of four and within walking distance via private, secure gated pathway, took 2 minutes to reach the main road with a gym, grocery store and a few restaurants and beach access, via another short path, on the other side of the road. I do recommend renting a vehicle so you can explore and go further into town. Would love to return with friends next time.

We had the trip of a lifetime staying at this beautiful home. It is hard to put into words how perfect this place is. The home is thoughtfully designed, the natural surroundings are breath-taking but it is the staff that bring this home to the next level. Communication was impeccable. Every detail was attended to. Warm, kind, and incredibly attentive host and staff. This house has set a high standard for our travel going forward. We hope we are lucky enough to return some day. Pura vida!

Our family of five had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, the porch, the pickleball court, walking down to the beach… all around amazing and we highly recommend. It is worth noting that there will be a housekeeper and groundskeeper on the property 8-4 everyday.

The house and surroundings were even more beautiful than the photos represent - a truly serene escape in Santa Teresa. We had 6 guests in total, including two kids and we had more than enough space. There were games and books that my kids enjoyed in the house, which was a bonus! The walk to the beach and to town were easy. Best of all, the co-host was just absolutely wonderful and accommodating, she set up multiple tours for us. We had a wonderful experience staying here!

Great home and property to soak up Santa Teresa vibe. Well taken care off garden and fruit trees. Saw many different fauna characters during our stay. Surely would want to come back and stay at Richards home.

We had a wonderful stay. The space comfortably fit our party of 8. The view from the patio was amazing and the space was pristine. It’s not too far from the grocery store and there are several good places to eat within walking distance.

Just go! Out of all the places we’ve been nothing beats this house and staff. You have a house manager, groundskeeper and cleaner. We had a chef for a few meals which was incredible. Massages at the house. There was no reason to even leave the house. Very private very safe and architecturally amazing. Way to go!

We had a wonderful stay in this exceptional villa and can highly recommend it without any hesitation. We stayed for 6 nights (2 adults and 2 children) and enjoyed every single moment. The villa is not only beautiful but also very high-quality and tastefully designed. We were especially impressed by the well-thought-out sustainable concept, which is reflected in many details. The location is excellent – quiet and at the same time perfectly situated to explore the surroundings. A real highlight for our family was the private pickleball court, where we played together every day. The check-in was completely smooth and uncomplicated. Marisel, who manages the villa on site, was always available, extremely helpful, and very professional. The service was outstanding: the villa was cleaned daily by Kathy, who was very friendly and thorough. In addition, the garden and pool were maintained every day by Elvin, keeping everything in perfect condition at all times.

We loved everything about Casa Curva. The house, the location, the outdoor areas were all great. Kathy and Elvin kept everything in tip top shape. There was more than enough room for our group of 9. The restaurants and grocery store at the end of the street were super convenient. The beach across the street was great for sunsets and watching the surfers. It was a little rough for swimming with the kids but Hermosa beach was a short drive and perfect for our kids and beginner surfers. We don’t usually return to places we visit but this one may be an exception.

This home was amazing. We will be going back as soon as we can. It’s beautiful, clean, large, great location and the nicest people helping you out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a true gem in Costa Rica!

What can I say about this place… is worth every dollar. The house is simply stunning! Just like the pictures! We had the most amazing time in Santa Teresa and 80% of it was because of the house. We were looking forward to get back, to play pickle ball or use the pool or simply relax on the outside. Big thanks to Marisel, Kathy and Elvin who were assisting us every single day!

Excellent stay. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and we did not lack anything during the stay. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The service was truly remarkable: Marisel was always available, attentive to any questions and very willing to help, which made the experience even better. We would definitely choose this place again and recommend it 100%.

Richard’s place was incredible. The on-site team was great and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommended!!
