Everything was 10/10! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking, definitely one of the best parts of our stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, and Brad was very kind, helpful, and responsive. We had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay at Brads house, it offers everything as listed, with a beautiful view of the sea. The only downsides were one of the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms didn't cool efficiently caused me to sweat in my sleep. Also, the closets and dressers upstairs were filled with boxes, so we weren't able to fully unpack for the week.

Thank you for the review Daryl. Sorry about the one ac it worked for me the prior week. I am checking it out and may replace. Sorry about closets with boxes but I did leave some hanging space and a fold out for suitcase downstairs has dresser and upstairs right has cubes and hanging space. Not sure what issue is on smell. We are next to ocean but nothing I noticed from the week before Thanks Brad We just replaced ac unit with brand new one

Casa Flomingo is beautiful, and the infinity pool with the view was the highlight of our trip. We walked the trail to West Bay every day and really did not use our rental car very much. We also used the floaties and snorkel equipment. I loved the location and privacy of this home.

6 of us a had a great stay at Brads place. the view was amazing and the house was very well equipped with spices, towels and soaps. pool was clean and the rooftop patio has fantastic breezes. The location is an easy walk to town and there is also a great little restaurant next door. we will definitely be back.

Overall, this house met our needs and we would put it on our list as a possibility for next time we visit Roatan. The positives were: * huge home with lots of room. The kitchen and living room and two bedrooms have gorgeous views of the ocean. * The pool and deck area were very nice and the pool was always clean * it’s located in a very quiet area surrounded by other nice homes and is very safe. * easy entry with keyless pad. * good air conditioning units that always worked * really nice washer and dryer and plenty of towels. * shampoo and brand new bars of soap for the showers and sinks were provided which was a nice touch. Why we could not give it five stars: * the house has an area in the kitchen that is not finished and seems piled with clutter * the hot tub was not filled up and apparently doesn’t work * rooftop area seems under construction; will be nice eventually. * outdoor kitchen area was very weathered and not really usable

Hi Kim Thanks once again for staying and thank you for your positive review. We are located next to ocean which can be a major challenge with anything metal outside. 1. The small section by water cooler in kitchen is where we have a plate warmer for groups or weddings and extra bags. 2.The hot tub does work but we ask to only use when sun is out as we are trying to do mainly solar. We can not maintain spa each week so ask to fill when needed and add chemicals by stairs ontop. Once again being by Ocean it can adjust water levels quickly. 3. Rooftop is finished on exterior with outdoor sink, gas firepit, tiling on floor, and chairs and tables. The room on the interior is not finished yet and should have no effect on safety and comfort on rooftop. 4. Outdoor kitchen has a $1,000 marine grade grill but with the ocean being next to it is a challenge. The grill does work but need to make sure the gas line is open as we close it to prevent gas being leaked from propane tank which we use to heat water in house and gas stove inside house. Please call me next time and I will be more than happy to help get items working. Thanks once again for the stay and look forward to seeing you again. Brad

We had a good stay in Roatán and really enjoyed this property overall. The home is extremely spacious and offers stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean—especially at sunrise. The kitchen and living areas are beautifully designed, comfortable, and well set up for relaxing or spending time together. The infinity pool is truly picturesque and was a highlight of the stay. That said, there are a couple of things future guests should be aware of. The property is not very walkable to town, so having a car is essential if you plan to explore, dine out, or run errands. Additionally, the property has recently gone off-grid, which made using certain amenities—like air conditioning and the hot tub—more challenging at times. While this didn’t ruin our experience, it’s something worth planning for in advance. Overall, it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay, especially if you’re looking for privacy, views, and a relaxing atmosphere and are comfortable renting a car and being

Beautiful location. Our small kids really loved the pool with its shallow splash pad. Unfortunately, all of the water shutoff in the house on 2 occasions. The host was quick to respond and send a repairman both times. But the water returned on its own and the problem could not be identified.

Everything was amazing, had great views everywhere you looked. Only problem was the ac didn’t cool down but host responded and acted quickly to get it fixed. Definitely recommend for a place to go with family.

It's an amazing house, as soon as you enter you connect with the essence of the island. The amenities of the house are optimal. Highly recommended.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Roatán! The space was incredibly spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. It was very well stocked, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We loved waking up to the beautiful view and having plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect for a feeling of privacy, peace and tranquility. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Roatán and can’t wait to return ourselves!
