Our stay in Hacienda Iguana was fantastic! The home was peaceful, quiet, and perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful coast, with the nearest beach being a scenic 15 to 20-minute walk away from the property. We also loved having Jasco's Sushi Bar & Grill right in front of the house—it was incredibly convenient for a delicious meal right after our beach walks. Our host was exceptionally supportive throughout our stay, she provided us with a helpful contact number to book a shuttle from Hacienda Iguana to Managua, and handled replacing the propane tank for the stove when we needed it. This is definitely a place to come back to.

Lovely eco-casita, beautiful pool w waterfall positioned nearby. Quick access to sushi and the gym. Iguana community is so chill and peaceful. We will be back for sure

We loved this spot. Great way to experience Iguana’s! Close to surf, golf & pickleball. Bonus! They have a great new restaurant super close by, Jasco’s. Amazing Ramen, sushi, wing’s & drinks! We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

This Eco-casita is an excellent option for families. My children enjoyed the pool area and were having fun finding monkeys on the trees. Host was responsive and friendly. Good value for the your money. We stayed 7 nights and had a lot of fun. Recommended!

Very nice small home with pool access and dining within feet of the property. Beach access within a 10 minute walk. The place felt cozy for 4 adults and 1 child. I would recommend this place to others and would stay again.

Loved this place! Beautiful nature all around and a super chill vibe. The pool and restaurant nearby made it even better. Perfect spot to relax—would definitely come back!

We had an awesome stay at Christina’s place! Her and Jon were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The house itself had everything that my party needed. The pool was literal steps away and amenities are close. We would definitely stay here again!

Christina and her husband were quite responsive when we had questions and overall the place has a lot of space in the kitchen and living room. I will say, the walk to the beach is not that close. 10mn for Panga Drops, a good 15+mn for Colorados, so dont really expect to walk over there, easily. A restaurant is next door as well as a coffee spot, which is always helpful.

The house is very nice, practical and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant family stay, and it is also very conveniently located. Communication with Christina was very smooth, she was always attentive. I would definitely come back, totally recommended.
