Beautiful apartment- incredibly spacious with everything you need. The large plunge pool and huge terrace was a real treat - looking over a canopy of trees which is rare in such a central part of Playa de Carmen.

Fantastic condo in a great location - exactly like the pictures and well stocked with anything you might need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything, and the building has a great rooftop pool area. Only comment is to be aware there is street noise from the neighboring bars which could potentially make it hard to sleep, but we used white noise and it wasn’t a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was in the perfect location. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Tina's place was located right on 38th - a really beautiful tree-lined street that ends at a public beach entrance. It's a little hard to find the first time because the front entry is nestled in between bars. All communcation was done through whats app, and the property management people were super informative - provided us with all the information we needed. The rooms were super spacious with firm beds, clean towels, and standard kitchen items - note that they do not provide shampoo and bodysoap. We had our little private pool which was really nice - so after a hot beach day, you can finish it off at the pool. The *only* downsides are that the bedroom curtains are not light blocking, so once the sun comes up at 7am, you're pretty much up for the day. Other downside is the street noise - if you play whitenoise to sleep, it's not that bad, but you'll be able to hear muffled music and general crowd noise until midnight every night.

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers for spring break. We had a blast! The location was perfect and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and 5th Ave. Easy taxi ride to several Cenotes. The house was the perfect size and the views beautiful! It is above a very busy and loud street and the late night bar goes are a bit loud. But it never bothered us and we just enjoyed the music each night. Would stay here again!! Highly recommend.

Location, location, location. We have been to Playa numerous times and think we have found our new go to place to stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Close to anything you could want. Beach, restaurants, shopping. While the place could use some touch ups to make it look fresh/ new again, we were very happy with the condo. We will definitely be booking again.

Location is great. Apartment is exactly as described. Power went out on us for 30-60 minutes on 2 of the 4 days we were there.
