Marian with Eden Properties was super responsive, very helpful and friendly. The house was great and as described. Location was perfect (150 m from the beach and very close to restaurants and other amenities) and even though it’s on the main asphalt road, it remains pretty private with the fence and the backyard being set back. Except the first day where it happened to be the end of the Easter Holiday there so a lot of people and cars parked everywhere during the day.

150 Metros was the absolute perfect house for our family vacation. The house has the best location in Playa Avellanas, we could walk to the beach and to many restaurants. The property management was super responsive and helpful. We loved everything about the house, the space, the grounds, and the beautiful pool. We hope to be back and would recommend this beautiful house to all, 10/10!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and for the great, welcoming hospitality.

Lovely home in a perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice to be able to see monkeys and beautiful birds without leaving! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and the pool is great!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation! Chiara who takes care of the place was super responsive and so helpful with booking activities. We felt right at home when we entered the house. Super clean and spacious and the best thing only 150 m from the beach and Lola’s.. We had a wonderful week there and can’t thank Chiara and Brenda enough for making our vacation so unforgettable! We will be back!!!

Great house, everything is very nice

2nd time staying at 150 metros. great place in a wonderful location. hosts are fantastic. avellanas is growing with lots of home building going on but still rural and quite. easy walk to a number of restaurants and surf minutes away. if you want a city with lots going on go to tamarindo or nosara but if you want a lovely bit of jungle with what you need for your day to day and an amazing beach this is your place.

We LOVED our stay here. We've been to Playa Avellanas 3x now and this is the best Airbnb we've stayed in. It's walkable to the surf, and restaurants but still feels super private and secure. My boys loved the pool, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for someone like me who loves to cook, and there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We will definitely book this again.

Everything was fabulous! We’ve been visiting the Guanacaste region for the past ten years, and this is the best place we have stayed in so far. The house is so spacious and modern, there is AC in every room, there is laundry, a rooftop deck, a totally stocked kitchen, a really nice pool, beach chairs we used everyday, etc! The only minor things we would change are the motion sensor lights that shine into the lower bedroom at night, especially when the wind is blowing, and the solar lights that attached to the sunshade by the pool- those lights bothered the upstairs bedroom sleepers. Otherwise, the place exceeded our expectations, we even recorded and/or saw over 40 different types of birds, which was amazing.

150 Metros was a beautiful home with excellent communication. They were very helpful with all of my question prior to our stay as well as during. We had a low car tire during our stay and they directed us on where to get it fixed. The home has the best location to the beach in the area. They had beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use. I would definitely recommend booking this location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing home, great design, eye for detail. Great location, safe, amazing beads, lovely outdoor/indoor living space, greatly stocked kitchen, ample bathrooms and bedrooms, everything you need for a great holiday or long stay! 10/10

This home and Host are amazing! After a week in Costa Rica, we didn’t want to leave, and we were considering staying. After finding the listing for this house and found that it was available, we decided to stay for another week! This was a much better home than a much more expensive house we had rented the week prior in a “higher-end” community nearby. We loved that this house is not just a rental home, but at home that is clearly loved by its owners and shared with others to enjoy. Their local property management company was excellent to work with. We loved the layout, the size of the rooms, but especially the location and the setting of the home itself. The location truly is extremely walkable to a dozen amazing restaurants, and shops and what could arguably be called the perfect beach!

There’s no question that this is the best place to stay in Playa Avellanas! We will definitely go back. Chiara, the concierge, was incredible and made our stay even better!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and the closest house to the beach in Playa Avellenas. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note, in December there are giant grasshoppers that come out at night in the area so it is difficult to go outside. They are quite beautiful but also a nuisance.
