Very nice to share as a family. It has everything. You pay 1 deposit but they return it. The place is quite cool and windy.

We enjoyed this beautiful home: spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely pool and located right on the beach. However, guests should be aware of: 1- Cash Deposit: A cash deposit was requested at arrival. As an Airbnb host, I find this deviates from AirCover standards and risks conflict. Our deposit was returned, but the process is non-standard. 2- Electricity Surcharge: This is our main concern. We paid at the end a cash surcharge that increased our 4-night stay by 10%. The $1/kWh rate is 10x the local market price in Nicaragua. This feels like a way to display a lower "facial value" for the rental while reclaiming the profit at the end via hidden costs. Furthermore, the 40kWh/day limit is unrealistic; we exceeded it despite keeping doors closed and turning AC off at night. Note: while these 2 points were mentionned in the listing, we missed them. We strongly suggest the host integrates these costs into the daily rate to ensure transparency and avoid cash transactions.
