Our stay well exceeded our expectations! The home was perfect, clean, well equipped and in walking distance to everything we needed. Matt (property manager) was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. We will most definitely be back and I will recommend this place to everyone!

House was beautiful with a nice view and it’s also in a great spot! It was a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants! Everyone from Vivaro was very attentive and made sure we were always good, highly recommend staying here!

Vivaro South House was the perfect place for our family of 6 to spend a week in Roatán. The home is beautiful, the view fantastic, and the location allows great flexibility, allowing some to wander down to Half Moon Bay while others can sun by the pool. The open nature of the house allows the island winds to provide the air conditioning for the home during the day. Cleaning service provided throughout the week is a bonus. We highly recommend Vivaro South House.

Everything in the house worked great, it is well stocked, and it was very comfortable and spacious. The house is walking distance to great restaurants and an incredible coffee spot. We are so glad we chose Vivaro Roatan for our vacation in paradise. From the moment you book, attentive hosts are excited to welcome you to the island and make your experience as luxurious and comfortable as possible. After landing, their wonderful driver will bring you to the house and will even stop by the grocery store so you can stock up. You arrive to beautiful views and enticing swimming pool. We felt so safe in the gated area on a safe and quiet residential street that was a very short walk to the bustle of town, restaurants, and gorgeous Half Moon Bay Beach. There is air conditioning in each bedroom to allow for conservation of the expensive island electricity (you’ll be charged for your use based on the meter outside), but the unit is strong and keeps you comfortable at night. Our favorite perk was having delicious fresh coconuts brought to us each day. Everything is top quality and we are already planning a trip back to VIVARO with our families!

The house is amazing. Very spacious, clean, and well equipped. It has great pool and beautiful view of the water and the sunsets. We really enjoyed ourselves there.

This house in West End, Roatan is truly a wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Vivaro South House is spacious, clean and has a great "island vibe" to it. It is close to everything in West End and a short walk to scuba diving and many fun restaurants and bars. We're already planning our return adventure!!

What can we say about our time at Vivaro? In a word, it was perfect. In more words (which will fail to do it justice), the design, function, and style of the house create a feeling of peace and serenity from the moment you step through the doors. We kept saying to ourselves, “This isn’t real!” The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. The best feature (if we were forced to name just one) is the sliding wall doors. We had them open throughout the day and into the evening. The ocean breeze and ceiling fans kept us perfectly comfortable. We would turn the A/C on in the bedroom about thirty minutes before we turned in and that worked well. Along with the beautiful sunsets, waking up to unencumbered views of the ocean was good for the soul! The house is walking distance to everything you need or want to do in West Bay, yet secluded enough to remind you why resorts generally suck. Everyone associated with Vivaro was beyond kind and welcoming. From Marty who picked us up at the ferry terminal and his wife, Chef Blackie, who made us an amazing dinner, to Matt and Andrea who greeted us and were available throughout our stay, we felt like we were part of the community. This is truly a special place with special people. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and are hosts ourselves and we can truly say that this home is a jewel! We look forward to coming back soon.
