This Airbnb is perfect for large groups, everyone has their own space but also lots of communal areas for every one to hang out. The cleaner came everyday which was amazing, loved the balconies and pool, overall had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and walkable to downtown Cabo. The house was clean and the housekeeper did a great job cleaning up every day. We appreciate the service from the hosts- they replaced the oven- for us and we got to watch a couple of World Cup games in the Villa. Having the pool and the spa was really nice- especially during the evening when we all needed some time to relax . There were no loud neighbors as we rented all 3 villas. We felt safe and comfortable in the villas.

We stayed here for a bachelor party with 9 guys and this place exceeded every expectation. What makes this property unique is that it’s set up as 4 separate spaces, which is a massive win for a large group. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, with plenty of shared areas to come together when it counted. Two of the spaces had full kitchens, which gave us real flexibility throughout the trip. Whether we were cooking a big group meal or just grabbing something quick, everything was well-equipped and easy to use. The pool and outdoor space were the heart of the stay. Exactly what you want for a Cabo group trip. One thing that really stood out was the daily cleaning service. A cleaner came through mid-day, which worked out perfectly. We’d head out for activities and come back to made beds and fresh bathrooms. The host was responsive, communicative, and made everything seamless. Walking distance to the marina was great. Highly recommend! 10/10!

The place was so beautiful and the location perfect! Bedroom were nice, AC units works wonders, two kitchens with plenty of space to eat our meals. The pool and hot tub were the perfect places to chill, they provided plenty of towels and two floats! Having someone come clean the place daily was a very nice touch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Villa Maria was a great place and location for a big group trip. It was spacious and clean for 13 ladies. It was very nice to have a cleaner come in daily for cleanup, have A/C in all rooms, and be in walkable are to get to food and nighlife. Pool and backyard was a plus - very scenic views and villa!

Great location, very clean, plenty of space, felt at home

We had a wonderful time at the villa for my bachelorette party! The pool and hot tub were especially enjoyable. The location was perfect- walking distance to everything! We loved the layout and how peaceful and private each space feels even though they’re all on one property and close to the action of downtown Cabo.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything you could possibly need. There are great restaurants everywhere within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of dining options without needing to travel far. It’s also very convenient to get to the marina, which was a huge plus for our trip. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and prime location made this a fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely come back again.

We had a group of 14 staying here and there was plenty of space. All of the staff were super helpful, and the place was gorgeous and near town.

Was the perfect house and location for my sister’s Bachelorette. Plenty of space for all of us and we felt very safe with security on site. Would definitely recommend for future bachelorette groups!

This villa was amazing! The concierge and property manager were responsive and helped with planning activities and answering any questions we had. The guard was always on watch which made us feel super safe as a group of girls. Access into town was super convenient and everything we wanted was no more than 15 minutes. The villa/compound style was super nice as it gave everyone their own space and area to enjoy their stay! Unfortunately the villa across from us was rented out by a bachelor party and they were throwing parties, extremely loud, and accidentally tried to walk into our villa in the middle of the night. Mayra, the concierge was extremely helpful and made sure the problem was resolved so we could feel as safe as possible.

This was a fantastic stay for my bachelorette party! The hosts even welcomed us was yummy chips and guac and salsa. Plenty of room for 12 girls to spread out in the different villas. The pool area was a favorite. Super walkable to the main downtown area and everything we wanted to do. Ubers were also cheap and easy in the area when needed. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group!
