We had a great time at Casa Tuani. Overall great experience. The Laguna de Apoyo is a beatiful place. I have come here many times for the last 30 years. First time at casa Tuani. My family and I enjoyed the house, the spectacular view, the kayaks and of course the lagoon. Thank you Todd and to your team that were all helpful and friendly.

Please do not hesitate to book, as soon as the front door opened our jaws dropped to the floor. This is luxury at its best!!! We are so fortunate to have found such a wonderful villa❤️

One of my favorite spots I’ve ever been to. I’m so glad this was my first stop in Nicaragua, I feel everyone should experience it. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, sparkling clean, and the view is unmatched. A perfect stay, perfect host, and everyyy detail makes it feel so unique and personal. A home you’ll love and want to return to!

Peaceful house by the lagoon. Very relaxing

If I could give Todd and his place more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend! Checking in was super easy & flexible. Alvaro met us at the front to let us in, helped us with our bags, & showed us around. Both him & Todd were always readily available, super helpful, and responsive. The place is beautiful — lots of nature, kayaks included, lake accessible, and very peaceful and private. It’s also a short car ride away from Granada & Masaya. Todd provided us with local cab driver #s. Above all, Todd was extremely reliable. He responds in a timely manner and is very helpful. I had gotten hurt when I did an activity (not on the property). He was so kind & generous in helping me. That action meant a lot for me because it’s difficult when you’re far from home and hurt. I would love to return and would choose this AirBNB again. I even recommended it to my friends & family because I know it’s a safe and beautiful place with a great host and people like Alvaro & Henry. Thanks again, Todd!

This stay was amazing! The views are unbelievable and the property is very quiet despite being on the beach. We found the accommodation very secure and the housekeeper extremely attentive and helpful

Absolutely amazing! We loved our time at this magical oasis. Highlights include watching a troop of howler monkeys play in the trees next to the deck, sighting a pigmy owl, enjoying a solid nights sleep in the comfy bed and quality, fully-stocked kitchen. We travel to Laguna Apoyo frequently and this was the most comfortable accommodation to date.

Incredible. A must! Todd was an excellent host — very responsive, communicative, and accommodating from the moment we first connected weeks before our trip. The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, the linens/bed were so comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were fantastic. Everything was thoughtfully provided — beach towels, kayaks, and more. The setting is peaceful and stunning. The lake here is crystal clear and calm, and we loved seeing monkeys and birds around the property. The compound feels very secure and private, and it’s walkable to great restaurants. Todd recommended Casa Marimba and we loved it. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay — we can’t wait to come back.

Como se dice “100/100” This house was beyond our expectations. Todd is quite literally the BEST host we have ever had. His help, his recommendations, his kindness made our ENTIRE trip just so beautiful and amazing. The house is terrific, amazing restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful amazing refreshing Laguna de Apoyo. Unequivocally, this is a must see and do for all of Nicaragua. Thank you Todd from the bottom of our hearts.

I would leave Casa Tuani 6 stars if I could! The home itself is gorgeous- it has everything you need and thought has been put into every design aspect. And you can’t beat the surroundings and area - we loved watching the birds in the mornings from the deck, the Laguna is right there and so lovely to swim in. Plus we could walk through the water over to the restaurant next door. And there’s another great restaurant just a short walk down the road. Todd is a fantastic host- very friendly, helpful and communicative. Would recommend this listing 150% and would love to one day return!
