The house is quite spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed it a lot because it's close to everything, so we were able to walk and visit several nearby places. The house is quite safe and has a large enclosed garden; we saw quite a few beautiful animals, which we really enjoyed.

I loved the location of the place; it's very quiet, excellent for bringing pets, and it has a nice green area. My dog Luca played until he was exhausted, and the place is close to the beach. Regarding the house, it's nice and unassuming, but it needs a little maintenance to be better, especially the smaller room...

Hello ! Katia I'm really glad to hear you had a good time. The house needs some maintenance, but overall, it's nice. Getting to the jungle is difficult to do every week, which is why the price is relatively low compared to a private beachfront house for 6 people. I appreciate the feedback about improving the amenities in the small bedroom.

It's a charming rustic house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. We saw several sloths around the garden and green macaws flew by every day. It's a perfect house to experience some of the iconic Costa Rica wildlife. Nice short walk in the rainforest on the left of the house. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach via a private path.

The house is beautiful, typically Caribbean, super cool and cozy, very spacious spaces, very equipped kitchen, no air conditioning is needed since the house is very ventilated. The property has beautiful vegetation, one of the days of our stay we had the privilege of seeing a sloth coming down from a tree and I was lucky enough to touch its head, it was an unforgettable moment. We were all delighted and in love with the house and its surroundings. The beach is a few meters away and with the security of leaving through a private path. I recommend it a thousand percent. Monica was always available and attentive to our needs. I would like to return as soon as possible. Thank you for having such a beautiful place.

The house is beautiful. Unbeatable location. A Caribbean house surrounded by nature. I work remotely and the wifi is essential for me and it worked perfectly. The hosts were super attentive to any need and always responded quickly. The kitchen is spacious and super comfortable. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. The ideal place to enjoy the nature and fauna of the Caribbean: limpets, toucans, monkeys, sloths, guatuzas, everything can be enjoyed in that magical garden. Steps to the beach on a private path. I loved it! It was a real pleasure to stay there.

It's an Afro-Antillean style wooden house. Beautiful, simple, clean and tidy. You can walk to the beach without leaving the property, the sea seems like a swimming pool. The place is a paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is large with comfortable and very pleasant spaces, it has everything you need to make group social life pleasant. Excellent location and very nice property, in addition to having private access you feel very safe. We had 2 - 3 minor issues but they were resolved quickly.

Not a good experience. The place looked abandoned. Didn’t match the photos. Everything looked so old and beat up. Electric appliances hardly worked and looked extremely old. Super rusty. Stove didn’t work properly. The coffee maker barely worked. The toaster was useless. There was dust everywhere. It looked like the house hadn’t been used in quite a while. The walls were all stained. Bedclothes and towels had stains all over the place. Like rust stains. Some windows had holes and all the bugs would come inside. For the check in, the gps location was inaccurate. The instructions said there was going to be a lockbox but didn’t specify where. At the gate, there was a lockbox but that’s not the one for the house. So we lost a lot of time trying to open that. The instructions could’ve specified which lockbox was the correct one. The house advertises a grill but it was useless. Not a good deal for the money we paid.

Hello Rigo. 1- es una casa caribeña como dice en la historia de la casa . 2- estamos exactamente frente a playa y es posible si que haya algunas manchas ,por ser frente al mar y ser casa de madera hecha en (1987)no podemos cada semana o día cambiar electrodomésticos, por tener mancha de salitre de mar .( por el eso el Precio es bajo ) 3- la dirección es exactamente como dice en el manual nunca hemos tenido problemas de entrada con los huéspedes. 4- la casa es para 6 personas y figura como una de las mas económicas , no obstante es frente a mar en la playa más bonita de todo playa chiquita. 5- no es casa de lujo ni nueva y el Precio es conforme a lo que es el sitio. 6- lamentablemente , me da Mucha pena por lo del coffee maker y el tostador pero el inquilino anterior no tuvo problema alguno en definitely si no sirve es claro que lo cambió el mismo día .! Si usted hubiera expresado su descontento. Gracias y saludos !

It is true that it is not a new house, so it is not appropriate for someone looking for a luxury rental. We found it comfortable, especially the main floor. Best of all is the location and level of privacy, which are hard to find so close to the beach at this price in this area. Hosts always responded quickly and were flexible with check-out time.
