Very nice house. The description and photos are representative of the place. We loved spending time at the pool and on the terrace. Jamie and Fernando responded very well when we had questions or needs. I wish we could have walked a little more, but it was difficult considering the house is up high and the access by the caretaker.
My husband and I loved our stay here. The pictures are very accurate, and the biggest plus was definitely the private infinity pool. It stays pretty warm, even when it's cloudy, and it's so big. The outside space is incredible with so many different places to relax. The inside is decorated well and nice everywhere, especially the main bedroom/bathroom, which is private on the top floor, so if you're traveling with kids you’ll have your own space. With A/C and fans literally everywhere, you'll be very comfortable. There will be a lot of bugs, including some inside, but if you understand that you're in a tropical area, it's not really a big deal...just don't leave unwrapped food out. The host Jamie was also very responsive with questions and the Zindis group will help you book any adventure you're looking for. Be sure to rent a car if you want to go to a beach or whatever because the road down from the house is steep and winding, but all paved. For what this house offers, you're definitely getting a great deal...especially if you can split it with another couple/family members. While we wanted to explore the area, we also didn't want to leave this house... we would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay here very nice and clean space. The pool was amazing and the views were spectacular. Have no complaints we found our way around easy as it is not to far from playa del coco beach maybe 8 min drive.
I expected something better. The house is manage by a agency. After driving 4 hours, the first thing to do before arriving home, is to go to the office and MAKE A $500 DEPOSIT, which is not written in the Airbnb. I had problems with the agency as they did not accept all types of credit cards and I had to get another card from someone else. When I arrived at the house it was very nice, but when I used the kitchen utensils they were ALL dirty, with food leftovers, dirty glasses and spoons with dried food. There were even dried ants and dust on the dishes and other utensils. When I told the host and sent him pictures of the dirty things, his only excuse was ¨the water in the house is very hard ¨ he never apologized and I found it disgusting since in times of covid this should not happen. The garbage had to be taken to the Gate which is about 200m down the hill from the house. The price I paid for the nights was not worth it for the filth. If you want to rent this house, ask and tell them to clean everything.

The house is very nice, has excellent ocean views, excellent location. We really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely come back and recommend.
The place was nice. Downside was the fires happening while we were there and the gaps in the doors that would let the hot air/smoke in. The upstairs a/c wasn’t working but the rental company was good about trying to fix it and eventually find a replacement. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of things which made it easy to cook there. Our kids loved the pool.
Excellent house, the location is very good as it is very close to the beaches... From the house you can see the sunsets, even if you can see the sunsets, even being in the pool. Very comfortable and has everything.

Our family of 7 adults fully enjoyed Jamie's place. The accommodations were perfect from the fully stocked kitchen, pool/outdoor living area to the bedrooms and security system. Beautiful views!
Overall, the property has some wonderful parts — a terrific pool, and a fabulous view really stand out. However, the property needs upgrade immediately. There was not hot water in 2 of 3 bathrooms; we either shared one shower or didn’t have hot water at all. The living areas are not upgraded — and not that clean. I wouldn’t stay again.
Great location close to multiple beaches. Fantastic views from back patio and infinity pool a bonus! Easy checkin by local rep.
The house and location are incredible, very comfortable, with enough accessories to not require anything external, the view and tranquility of the place was what one needs to be quiet and rested, if you wanted to go out to tour beaches, parks and meals, all within a few minutes. Highly recommended. Best regards, Ivan
