Thank you, Jordan, for your kind words about your stay. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable, appreciated the communication, and that you’d be happy to return. Regarding the towels, including the additional ones I gladly provided at your request, I simply ask all guests to use them appropriately. Unfortunately, the white towels were returned heavily stained after being used for makeup removal and on the floors, resulting in damage that could not be removed. I’m sorry that you found my reminder humorous. It was simply intended to ensure that shared items are treated with care and returned in good condition in which they are provided, so they remain suitable for future guests. Thank you very much for sharing your review and for acknowledging our prompt attention, constant communication, and effort to accommodate your last-minute booking after the issues with your previous stay. ​ We respectfully disagree with the characterization of our home as a “budget stay.” It is a complete, well-maintained property with all the essential amenities, and we strive to provide a comfortable, quality experience for every guest. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few points for our future guests. Kitchen & Stovetop: Kitchen towels are always provided in the drawers directly below the utensils. Regarding the stovetop, when you messaged asking about adjusting the burner flame, we offered to send someone right away to assist, but the only reply we received was that you would mess with it at dinner. Upon checkout, we tested the stovetop and confirmed that all burners function properly on both high and low settings. ​ Climate & AC: Due to the warm weather in Cabo, we kindly suggest keeping the AC at an optimal temperature to prevent condensation and avoid overloading electrical lines. Turning it off when leaving for extended periods is simply an optional request to help conserve energy. ​ Pool Temperature: Since our pool is outdoor in a naturally hot beach climate, its temperature is dictated by the ambient weather. ​ Linens & Towels Policy: Like most accommodations, linens and towels are inspected after checkout. In the event of permanent damage or severe staining beyond normal use, guests are held responsible for replacement costs. ​ Building Rules & Visitors: Our listing can be reserved for up to 4 registered overnight guests in accordance with Airbnb and building policies. Short day visitors are always welcome at no additional charge. ​ Immediate Support: We are glad we were able to address the plumbing matter first thing in the morning as agreed upon your check in, resolving an issue caused before your arrival. ​ Please note that the general rules and regulations for our listings are intended as standard information for all guests and are never meant to be taken personally. They are simply our way of asking visitors to respect shared items, as we do not replace furnishings and amenities after every stay. ​We always strive to provide everything promised in our listing to ensure a great stay.
