Had an incredible stay! The property is absolutely stunning with a perfect outdoor area along with a gorgeous view. The check in and communication process is as easy as it comes. Highly recommend.

If you’re on the fence about this place…JUST BOOK IT. I hosted my bachelorette trip here with 9 other girls friends and it was unforgettable, beautiful, and pristine. Not only does this place look even more beautiful than it does in photos, but the responsive host (Bernardo) is what really made our stay unforgettable. First, we asked for an earlier check in because our early flights and he was able to have the place ready for us by the time we got to the place. Second, once checked in, we were famished and he personally helped us order, pick up, and hand deliver food to us because we had trouble contacting the restaurant. He also made margaritas for us when we all got situated, and has always responded within 15 minutes of any message we sent. This place has a spacious terrace with a pool, cactus garden, and incredible view of the ocean / surrounding neighborhood - amazing for photos. Certain walls inside and outside the house are fun, bold colors which also looks amazing in photos

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the water and a nice little roof top pool, adequate sleeping accomodations and very friendly staff.

I planned a trip for 8 and this was such a great location. At check-in, we were greeted by the host and informed about the property. The house was beautiful with a great view of the sea. It was centrally located between the airport and the main area of Cabo. We were able to easily call Ubers and travel to restaurants around. The host was great at offering recommendations and even setting us up with reservations for a boat day and a private chef. We did have a slight hiccup with the stovetop not working but the owners had it serviced the very next morning for us to use during the rest of our trip. We enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time. We hope to be back sometime again.

Great place!! Host was super responsive and helped immediately when we ran into issues. The neighborhood is private and felt very safe— security stops every car coming in. Right next to literally the erewhon of Mexico so super easy to get groceries and pretty close to everything. The place was HUGE and so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful Ocean view in a safe gated quiet peaceful community. Walkable to groceries and a few stores/restaurants. 10 minute Uber or a taxi drive to the marina. This gorgeous clean home has lots of space, several comfortable beds, oversized rooms, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. This is the perfect place for hosting a group of people. There were two rooms upstairs with king beds, and all the other rooms were downstairs. Our host, Bernardo was very friendly and excellent at helping and supplying anything that we needed. Definitely a must stay Airbnb if you don’t mind the commute down to the marina and other restaurants/shopping.

The house is extremely spacious. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The host was incredibly responsive, within minutes every time. They assisted with scheduling a private chef, offered transportation and recommendations for our stay. The neighborhood is very safe, the gated security takes photos of drivers ID’s and their license plates for every entry (24/7). Safety was taken seriously and it was a relief because we had girls group. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful views, tons of bathroom space, plenty of beds, closet space, etc. A major grocery store is only a 2 minute drive, and downtown is only about 10 minutes away. It was a perfect location and perfect house for my bachelorette trip. All of the houses in the neighborhood are so cute too. Don’t hesitate to book this listing!

We were happy with our stay at Casa Monet. The property managers were very communicate throughout our stay. They helped arrange a crib rental and decorated the property for the holidays for us. The house is big and clean and looks as advertised in the photos. The mini split air conditioners worked very well, and the pool was warm. We were happy with the location. It felt close to both San Lucas and to San Jose. It was nice being in the gated community and the gate staff was very welcoming pleasant.

This Airbnb was fantastic! Dealing with the host was very easy and received quick responses to my questions. The location is awesome, it’s not too far from the marina.

The villa was incredibly wonderful for the price, there was more than ample space to accommodate our bachelor party of 13. The host and concierge were awesome and quick to respond to any of our needs making our stay super convenient. The only ding on this villa is there were some maintenance issues with the lights and plumbing which they were quick to respond to but weren't able to fix unfortunately. So we just had to deal with these issues and the maintenance gets 3/5 stars. The highlight was the private chef we'd hired, it was hands down everyone's favorite meal of our trip and if we are to return again we would have utilized this service every night. Definitely recommend and 6/5 stars.

Went here for my bachelor party & I can say this spot absolutely BLEW my expectations. The view from the pool is incredible & the location is perfect 10 mins away from every attraction.

It was a super spacious property with a super responsive host, Monica was fantastic!

This home is beyond spacious and can easily accommodate large parties. It is located in a private area with security for extra safety. Every room has its private restroom, but not a lot of hot water if that is something that you need. The pool and rooftop are also spacious and with a beautiful view of Cabo. Our host Monica was amazing she greeted us, gave us recommendations, checked in on us and made sure we were having a great time throughout our stay. We unfortunately got rained in due to the Alvin Storm but that didn’t stop us from using the game area and even jumping into the pool during the rain. Only downside was we were unable to uber eats to the area and when we tried to set up a private chef they didn’t respond. We hope to be back soon!
