We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

Well equipped, nice home, with space for a group. Pool was very clean. Had a nice feel for Mexican culture.

Fabulous house and grounds -- the photos do not even begin to capture how great this property truly is. It's much larger and open than it appears here and someone earlier had reviewed that they felt it was "dated" but that is not the least bit accurate! It was pristine and charming and much more than we had hoped! A fun bonus to me was the bird life around the beautiful grounds -- such a great variety and fun to watch. I'd go back here again tomorrow if I could!

Kristin's place is absolutely stunning! Pictures are amazing but even better in person. I can't wait for all of you to see the views in person. Samia, our hostess, arranged all of our transportation and a very special home cooked breakfast for one of our mornings. She even arranged for a cake, balloons and flowers to be there on our arrival as a surprise for one of our birthday guests. She was amazing. Communication was excellent. There was six in our party and we all had plenty of room. Can't wait to say there next time we all come to Cabo. Thank you Kristin!!

Casa Portofino was a wonderful setting for our family vacation. The property was safe, spacious, and comfortable. The landscaping, water and mountain views, the sunrise and sunset - all breathtaking. Kristin and Samia (house manager) were very responsive and helpful. Gloria (chef, you request) prepared outstanding meals all from the comfort of home. If you're planning to be in Cabo and looking for a relaxing home base, this is it!

Kristin was a great host. We booked this house knowing it was in a central location to San Jose and San Lucas and it was a nice neighborhood, but realized from the pictures it was an older house. Our expectations were exceeded because the house was much nicer than pictured! The neighborhood was amazing. It is an older home with some quirks but Kristin supplies everything you would need to feel at home, including a local concierge that was helpful and willing to assist with everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

We needed to reset. What a perfect spot to do that in. We made dinner plans a few nights . Ended up canceling one just to stay in. Cannot wait to come back again.

Where to begin? 4 guys on a golf trip. Accommodations were spectacular. Spa used every night. Pool too but used sparingly because it’s January. Samia, the concierge, was fantastic. In home chef the first night, great. Very easy to get to either San Jose or Cabo San Lucas from the house. Owner is extremely helpful. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. The grounds are the Four Seasons residences, which are well kept. Cabo del Sol golf course was fantastic. Would stay again in a heart beat. 4 couples could stay easily. Don’t think twice about it. There’s no reason to be on the fence with this one. Oh, and extremely safe, too.

Our family of 7 went to Casa Portofino over the 2022 holidays and it was exactly what we wanted and needed. We were celebrating my Moms 75th birthday and had a couple of teenagers with us. The pool was awesome, took a couple days for the heater to get to the perfect temp but once it did we were in it all the time. The covered sitting are outside was also a very popular place for our family to read and play card games. Samia was attentive and responsive to all of our questions and inquiries. House was bigger than expected, my husband and I loved the attached king bedroom off of the garage, gave us a little more privacy away from the family. Would come back again if I’m ever with another group this size.

Beautiful house, pool and view. Beds were comfortable- well maintained. Kristin was super friendly and helpful with everything pre-trip. The golf course there is lovely- highly recommend.

We had so much fun! Samia the concierge was AMAZING, she was able to get us groceries, a chef(s) for the night, and a quick birthday cake for my niece! We couln't have gotten through our stay without her! Home was beautiful, pool was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's home in Cabo right before Christmas. The location was perfect and having access to the resort beach and pools was an added bonus. The home is perfectly spacious and worked well with our family of eight (all married couples) who had their own room, bathroom, and space. We also had our grandson with us and it was wonderful to have a portacrib available along with a high chair. Any need we had was taken care of by Samia, the home's concierge, and Kristin was incredibly helpful answering all our questions quickly. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and a great location in Cabo.

Very nice unit, comfy beds, close to the beach. Very nice to have golf cart to go to beach or restaurant. Independent temp controls for rooms, heated pool and jacuzzi and wonderful views! Kids pool at hotel is great. Pictures don’t do it justice. Also very private and safe. Concierge very responsive! Unrelated to unit: Restaurant at Hacienda Del Mar overpriced and underwhelming. Take advantage of Uber if you would like to dine out and explore. Works very well, just give front gate name of driver and license plate in advance.
