Spent two nights at this lovely air bnb. We ordered breakfast for our second morning there and it was lovely! The space is as described - it’s not fancy, but it was comfortable and clean. My kids loved the pool!

Great host, helping us out with super helpful recommendations. The accomodation was clean, big and perfectly located. Absolute recommendation 👍

The hotel was a beautiful place to relax. The surroundings were very peaceful and remote. The apartment has everything you need for a private stay and a local taxi can take you to the nearby super market for supplies. The hotel caregiver was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

This place is amazing and was perfect for us

Excellent attention, the manager of the place treated us beautifully, always attentive to our comfort. If they like cats, I recommend hanging in ojitos, or as we say “Ramón the panzón” is the feeling. Very comfortable rooms, clean pool, clean place in general, close to supermarkets, gas stations and liquor stores. One of the best places to go relaxing at any time, totally recommended.

perfect location to stay out of the city near the airport, as we made our way toward the Pacific coast (Manuel Antonio). not far at all, GORGEOUS drive. far exceeded our expectations, the listing looks beautiful and it was way better in person. great way to start our visit to Costa Rica. we went to a restaurant 8 mins away called the garden restaurant atenas and it has an amazing view and personal chef experience for a great price. I would recommend to get breakfast while there, served on the patio. so dreamy. and make time for the pool!!

We love this cosy little hotel and have come back quite some times already. It's really kind of a paradise with the beautiful gardens, the refreshing pool and the welcoming host and staff. And the breakfast is always delicious. I highly recommend!

The garden of Eden ,in the truest sense,with an incredible variety of carefully maintained plants! Pure nature,a variety of birds and other animals can be experienced if you can stay in peace!The apartment is spacious,clean,and on the large terrace you are jungle-like in the middle of nature. Ernesto,Enid and Selvio lovable and warm,are always trying to fulfill wishes!Thank you!

Beautiful location and charming space.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There is a lot of space, the garden is beautiful. We loved it. Jan and Avtar are very helpful.

Everything was really eden at Eden Atenas. The cabin was private, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for as a couple. My birdwatching husband was perfectly content with just hanging on the deck and i had to actually drag him away so we wouldn't be late to Jan's special breakfast. Speaking of- Jan and Avtar were fun and funky people with amazing conversation. They were the perfect mix of knowing when you want privacy to jumping into an in depth discussion about literature. They also recommended us a great driver who helped us negotiate payment at the market with a non functional ATM and a hand full of various us dollars and colones. This cabin is a cabin. Sounds redundant, but its not an apartment, its a cabin. If you're not into being close to nature, this probably isn't for you. Bugs can and will sneak in. Just keep it clean and you won't have any problems with sugar ants and the rest can be shooed out. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for something off the beaten path but is still close enough to town (10 min) and centrally located to drive to various attractions.

When we arrived at the San Jose Airport in Costa Rica it was hectic just getting ourselves together and getting transportation to our place. Once we arrived to Calle Mimi poltton Azul it was paradise. Jan and Avatar welcomed us and so did Lilly and Max. They took us to our apartment and showed us around and let us know what was expected and the in and outs of the grounds. Both of the host were extremely welcoming and made you feel at home away from from. What we enjoyed most of all was that we were able to just relax and ask questions and find out what to see. When we decide to go back to Costa Rica we will make sure to stay here again. This was better than a five star resort.

We arrived as guests and left as friends. The apartment was a great space for us and we were quite comfortable. The walk to town was a bit longer than we had anticipated, but was certainly doable. Jan and Avtar helped us navigate the buses and taxis and were accommodating to our requests.
