We had the most incredible time. The house and property were absolutely incredible and exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone. Wonderful, attentive and so homey.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely beautiful house and the salt water pool was fantastic. The views are unbelievable and made even better from your seat in the pool. The house backs up to the jungle but overlooks the ocean which made for days filled with wildlife (iguanas, geckos, toucans, hawks, dart frogs, monkeys) and evenings of thunderstorms over the ocean. We were in a great place to access Manuel Antonio as well as Jaco both within an hour. I would absolutely stay here again, it really was the perfect place for our first trip to Costa Rica.

Amazing place. Very private and comfortable home at the top of the hill with views on both sides. It was much bigger than I expected from the photos. Everything you need is provided and its quality stuff. We moved our activities around to allow for more time to hang out at the house. It was the best part of the trip.

Outstanding place to stay and relax.

It was exceptional!The privacy you have, Japanese style home design, interaction with the nature and animals (min 15 monkeys everyday; kids loved it), how fast responsive they are, in house massage options, and so on. Definitely recommended!

I am a Superhost myself & I am very particular about my stays & our stay here was amazing! The place was completely spotless when we checked in. They gave detailed address location directions with photos upon check in which was perfect. We’ve never had a Host provide check in photos & it made check in seamless! (Which may not sound like a big deal but on a different owners Airbnb we arrived in a new country & searched for our Airbnb in the Dark for 2hours~not fun!) so when we found this one first try that was huge to us! The outside showers that you access from inside the home were nice & hot & incredible to out in nature. (That statement will make sense when you see photos.)There is also a completely outside shower that one was great after visiting the nearby beaches!! This home is in a gated community which was added peace of mind for us, we felt safe yet the place was very secluded & private. The pool was a perfect place to relax & watch the sunset over the ocean. Top notch home!

What a place! Our family loved staying here. From the excellent communication before and during the stay to the absolute gorgeous house and views to the most beautiful pool with a view of the ocean, it was perfect! The house was well stocked and set up so beautifully. The outdoor showers were the coolest! If you’re into birds don’t forget your binoculars and camera. You’ll add many to your life list! And for those who play pickleball, bring your paddle and balls as there is a private court. Anyone going to this area should stay at Jason’s for as long as they can!

Gorgeous home, felt very private but not far from things, loved the view from the pool. Would definitely stay there as a family again!

Fantastic place.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the home itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We loved the wildlife sighting opportunities right at the property, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was perfect, and we truly appreciated the host’s great communication throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this home to others.

Great place to stay in a spectacular location. View of the sea, huge swimming pool, tidy and well thought-out house. Many wild animals are guests in the garden. Even a rainy day can be easily bridged in this house (toys for children, fitness utensils, large covered outdoor area). Short distances by car to fantastic beaches. Overall a clear recommendation.

This home and property are hard to even put into words! It’s spectacular! From the views to the wildlife right in the back of the home to the amazing amenities …every part is truly breathtaking! We are hoping to come back with our whole family very soon. Don’t hesitate to book this home. The hosts are so helpful and very responsive with any needs you may have during your stay!

We stayed 5 nights at Seaside Haven and had a fabulous time. The location is very private and the views are breathtaking. The house is very well set up and clean. We could not have wished for anything more. For sure we will return. Thank you again for your hospitality. Aad and Marian Veltman
