I had a wonderful time in Santa Teresa; thanks to Betty, I felt right at home very quickly. The apartment was absolutely amazing!Exactly what I was looking for / to my liking! In particular, the view is indescribably beautiful! Communication with Betty is straightforward. She knows the area, can make excellent recommendations, is always helpful, and consistently strives to ensure that guests have a great time. I truly can only recommend it to everyone. Absolutely one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed! Fantastic views, a perfect retreat away from the main road, everything super clean and simply perfect down to the last detail. Monkeys sometimes stroll past through the trees in the morning, the mango tree on the property provides fresh fruit, and the terraces offer the best ocean views. Truly a dream! The host is Betty, and she is outstanding!! She helped us tremendously – even before we got there – to organize things – super friendly and helpful at all times. Our stay at Betty’s place was the absolute highlight of our Costa Rica trip. The house sits on a small hill by the coast, offering breathtaking views over the jungle and ocean — truly unforgettable. If you have a rental car, a 4x4 is highly recommended due to the steep hill, though it’s also manageable on foot if you’re mobile. Betty is an amazing host — incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. You can feel the love and attention to detail in every corner. The house is spotless, modern, and features a lovely private terrace. It’s very quiet, safe, and perfectly located — close to town and right by the beach. A standout feature is the shared outdoor kitchen and terrace, which is extremely well equipped. We loved cooking there and enjoying the view. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — highly, highly recommended!

Betty is a phenomenal host. The location is beautiful, love the view and the shared kitchen. The walk from the beach is relatively quick and good for a short cardio workout. I highly recommend Betty’s place to stay in Santa Teresa.

Betty is a godsend, like a mother goose. It was my fiance's birthday and she went way beyond a great host and wrote us a welcome letter and balloons all over the room. My fiance felt so welcome and special when we arrived. Betty was responsive to our needs and checked in on us to ensure we had everything. The views are just like the pictures but better just breath-taking views. When Betty says you need a 4x4 to get to the place believe her, its on the top of a very steep hill so if you are not in shape you're going to need an ATV to get around town because when you get to the bottom of the hill the town has NO sidewalks and very little parking. This is a location where you can stay in the Airbnb all day if you want because the shared kitchen has such a welcoming space with very fast internet. It is a place to do remote work while having a beautiful view. This is the jungle so there are bugs and the rooms have No AC so be aware of that. The beds are very comfortable

If you find availability to book this slice of paradise, don’t hesitate. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 1 month and Betty is literally the best host you could ask for. She will always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is more comfortable and accommodate your needs. I was working remotely here and was worried about the wifi and Betty went ahead and upgraded the internet to the highest speed to accommodate me and it was perfect for work. Betty’s place is perfectly located in the best part of Santa Teresa, just far enough from the dust and noise of the strip to have peace. It’s a short 7 min walk to the beach and the walk back is uphill (ATV recommended) but is worth the spectacular view. The place is very clean and well designed, with fans provided. One of my favourite things to do was watch the sunrise from the property’s helicopter landing pad in the morning. There is a worker onsite that helps with cleaning and made the place feel secure. This place is a hidden gem.

I absolutely loved staying at Betty's AirBnB. The place was exactly as per the description. All super clean and modern. Betty was an amazing host and it was super easy to communicate with her before as well as during my stay. The AirBnB is up the hill, I did not have transportation, but even though the hill is steep, one can still walk it. It is for sure easier to have transportation, but it is possible without too. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are close by. And the beach is pretty much just down the hill. I loved being so far up, it's an amazing view, you get the jungle feeling, and it's quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this AirBnB and I cannot wait to go back. Thanks so much, Betty!

We had an amazing stay at Betty's studio. You have an amazing view of the sea, the sunsets are so beautiful. You have access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. The studio is very beautifully designed and has everything you need. The road is steep but its a good workout ;-). Would definitely recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back.

Betty’s house was absolutely beautiful. She was a great host who took the time to explain the ways of the entire property. The hill was super fun and easy to commute on by four wheeler. The shared kitchen was an easy process too and all of the other guests were so accommodating and friendly. The sunset views were like no other. I highly recommend Betty’s home and look forward to visiting again.
