A beautiful and serene stay in Matagalpa. We really enjoyed the crisp air, hiking trails, and cozy home. I plan on returning soon.

Casa Leal is truly a little piece of heaven. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the natural surroundings make it the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The weather was fantastic during my stay, which made enjoying the outdoor spaces even more special. The house itself is very clean, beautifully maintained, and feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.

It was a wonderful experience, Claudia house was beyond beautiful, the landscape and the surrounding were breathtaking. The house has a great open layout and the kitchen is super well equipped . This house was the ultimate tranquility place for those looking for peace and quiet. Some downsides were the beds were not very comfortable (too hard) and there was no TV anywhere in the house. We were hoping to do a movie night with our small children. Maycol the house keeper was very attentive and gave us a great introduction to the history of the property. Make sure you bring your snacks and food to cook as there is no supermarket near. Overall great stay. Thanks Claudia for opening your home to us

Closest thing to heaven on earth! Incredible views with perfect climate. Claudia’s paradise is well kept by her amazing Maycol. He was very friendly, always available and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Only sad thing was not able to stay longer. We will definitely come back!

Always attentive

The house, garden, and astounding views felt like a little bit of heaven here on earth. When you walk out to the hill in front of of the house and you look out to the mountains you feel like you are in paradise. Simply outstanding, highly recommend if you are looking to get out of the city and enjoy the beautiful mountains of Matagalpa. The weather is impeccable. Side note: I will cherish the little time I spent at this house for the rest of my life… makes me want to buy a cabin in a forest in the future. The peace you get here it’s unlike no other place.
