Very nice place, comfortable, quiet, with a very nice pool and next to the beach. Corrin was always available at all times and responded very quickly. We hope to be able to come back one day. I recommend it 100%.

Great apartment right next to the beach. The staff was always available for requests and everything was great. Wish we knew before that theres no power on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays but some apartments have solar pannels or batteries. Other than that, the apartment was great and fully recommend to stay.

Perfect spot for a surf trip. Two really good breaks right at the property meant I could surf both without ever needing to load up the car. My wife doesn’t surf and she loved it just as much, plenty of restaurants, coffee spots, and things to do both on the property and nearby kept her busy while I was in the water. The place itself was spotless and honestly looked even better in person than it did in the photos. Highly recommend.

The apartment is even better than the description. It's elegant, comfortable and has everything you need. The ocean view is amazing. Corrin and Jack are friendly and attentive hosts who responded quickly to our inquiries. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location, apartment is very comfortable and updated. Kitchen is very basic but you can easily hire a cook or go to one of the restaurants in the area.

The condo is just steps away from the beach, with easy access to the sand and breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was truly unforgettable.

We spent two weeks in the apartment and it was magnificent. The apartment is in great shape. our kids loved being so close to the ocean. Communication was easy and any issue we had was resolved quickly and with the best intentions.

Corrin's place was wonderful !! The views were beautiful. The beach is amazing and kid friendly but also has great surf as its a big beach. We would definitely stay here again !

We've stayed in a variety of accommodations in Hacienda Iguana over the years and think this one is outstanding. Nicely upgraded, super clean, fantastic location, great pool, and welcoming resident owners. Being able to walk to the Taqueria is a bonus. Panga Drops is a short walk and Colorados is a 5-min golf cart ride. The communication with the management team was flawless. We had zero problems and we'll be back.

Had a great stay in this condo! Great location, short walk to the surf spots with beautiful views to stare at all day! Super private community—felt very safe. Very comfortable condo, bed was comfy and so was the couch after a long day of surfing and being in the sun. AC and fans give you a good escape from the heat and the shared pool out front was clean and nice when you wanna chill or even do some laps. It’s a bit of a walk to get to the restaurants though so recommend renting a golf cart/car. If you want to cook, the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils and dishes but make sure you bring your own oil, spices (salt and pepper), and paper towels because there are none.
