We stayed here for 2 days and had an amazing experience! Alejandra was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. The house was clean with comfortable and updated furnishings. It has everything we needed. I highly recommend!!

The house is quite safe, nice and very comfortable; it's perfect for several people. It is located in a quiet place and very close to basic services (pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, etc.). Very clean and it's the same as the photographs. The host is very friendly and was always attentive during the stay. Highly recommended.

Alejandra was an amazing host! She was incredibly communicative, and her check-in instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Her home is so cozy and beautifully decorated. She truly is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home, always responding quickly to all of my questions. Location-wise, it couldn't be better, the house is within walking distance to the Granada area, where all the great restaurants and entertainment spots are. I definitely recommend staying at Alejandra’s place!

A place with an excellent location. Close to downtown. A place without heavy pedestrian or vehicle traffic, allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay. Recommended

This was a lovely place to stay. Really spacious and all 8 of us were comfortable. The air conditioning made the room really nice and cool so it wasn’t too hot at night. It was really clean and well looked after here and the host was responsive and really kind.

The booking and initial check-in went well. I relate following only to inform those interested in this listing as I wish someone would've done for me. The host was helpful up until the dangerous situation below. We found only two of 11 rooms had air conditioning. Heat & humidity limited us to the two small bedrooms while at the house. During the day, a small boy next-door repeatedly screamed. From 6 to 9 each night loud Latin music entered through the open ceiling. This is not a quiet location. Finally, one afternoon after my wife left the open ceiling area, we heard a loud crash of metal. We found two metal rods and a 2 inch shard of glass on the ground. If this has had occurred a few minutes earlier my wife likely would've been hit. These dropped from the noisy neighbor next door. Host response was initially good but turned hostile as soon as I mentioned I might write about the above deficiencies. Please be careful with this host and listing.

Paul, unfortunately, I can't post the full chat conversation I had with you; but smart guests DO read the house description before booking. Nowhere in my listing did I state that there was air conditioning in any other area. Otherwise, I believe you are leaving this review because I sent you the photos showing how dirty and neglected you left my place, even though I told you I would not make it public so as not to harm you; you are doing this to harm me. Try to be a good guest next time, and you'll do better. Good luck!

Please note that the owner is also interested not only in assisting his guest with the many questions you asked me, but also in providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out for your convenience, as well as in taking care of his property. Alejandra is absolutely excellent, she responds quickly, and the place is super nice and comfortable! We felt good, especially since I was traveling with my family; we were all very happy.☺️ I would recommend it and would come again.
