The place was great had everything we needed and more! Rosy was a wonderful help and always available.

We had a wonderful one-month stay in this beautiful, well-appointed condo. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we needed, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Any questions or concerns were promptly handled by our fantastic concierge, Rosy, who truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Medano Beach and only a quick 5-minute Uber ride to the marina. We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Great stay and good location. Easily accessible beach as well as grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Very quiet building, beautiful swimming pools and superb balcony with unobstructed views. We always felt safe and transportation by Uber was really easy.

We just came back from a two week day at Kerri’s place. We are a family of four, with two children ages eight and 11. Even before we got to Kerri’s place, our amazing concierge, Rosy, had reached out to us and booked us all the excursions we had requested, and she even arranged to have three jugs of water waiting for us at the condo. She met us on arrival to give us all instructions and even bought us tacos from a local restaurant nearby! The condo was beautifully decorated and I would describe it as a boutique condo as there are only 16 units. We met multiple owners who are friendly and kind! The wagon, beach, chairs, and coolers that were available for use were greatly appreciated! We rented a vehicle and explored all the swimming beaches nearby, Todos Santos and La Paz. The views from the sixth floor are absolutely incredible. Family pool on the main floor was too cold to use but they are working on that. We fell in love with the condo, and the area and we hope to return very soon!

This place is absolutely impeccable! The host does business with a concierge, Rosy, who is the nicest and most efficient person we have ever met. She was there when we arrived and immediately made us very comfortable and showed us around the place. Everything was as pictured and better. She had made the car rental arrangements for us as well as the taxi to and from the airport. There was a slight problem with one of the a/c and the technicians were on site the next day! Communication was easy and quick with Rosy. This was our first trip to Cabo San Lucas and we stayed there for 1 month. Perfect temperature, delicious restaurants and what about the beaches and the sea🤩🤩. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

The place was in a great location. Kerri had the condo fully stocked with all amenities you would ever need, including beach chairs and umbrella. All kitchen and bathroom items were fully stocked as well. A newer place that was very well appointed. Rosy was her “go to” person and was always available should any questions arise. Would highly recommend this condo! Thanks!

Kerri is a great host. she was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay. the apartment was well appointed. it had lots of pots and pans, beach chairs, floats, plenty of towels etc. the master bed is very comfortable. the apartment is furnished nicely and comfortable to stay in.

Super host, I felt at home, it has everything for it is very comfortable, it is very nice. Widely recommended

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and it was wonderful! You feel right at home and the space is well equipped in every way - fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, & laundry. The rooftop pool is great for watching the sunset. The most memorable part of this AirBnB is having a fantastic concierge - Rosy!!! She went above and beyond for us. She greeted us on arrival and surprised us with fajitas, helped make booking excursions feel effortless, and stayed in communication to make sure all of our needs were met. Rosy also offered wonderful food recommendations. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the knowledge and connections she has :) Helpful things to know is that the unit is well located - 10 minute Uber to downtown (roughly $5 USD/trip), 5 minute walk to Medano beach, and 5 minute drive to Walmart or Costco.

Kerri and Rosy were fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better a better accomodation and host. Only a $4 US Uber to the Marina and 10min walk to Médano Beach. Highly recommend & is on my saved list for future Cabo vacations

Great place. Very responsive host. Things to note are: - A 10-15 min walk to the beach. Cut through Hotel Riu passage. Not a glamorous walk but once at the beach it’s very private. It’s on the end of resort row. So no peddlers. - Gotta Uber into downtown. $5-$6 each way. No biggie. But not walkable. - Remote. But if you don’t like a noisy scene that’s good. - Hot water runs out fast in showers. Gotta be quick! - Has loads of helpful amenities like cast, umbrella, chairs, cooler, Floaties for pool. This imo are worth the slightly higher rates for this condo. - Very well decorated. Tho only side view of ocean. You can see it, but it’s not front and center. Love that the windows all open up. Very open and good breeze.

10/10 would stay here again, it was a great location the house was so comfy and cute. the balcony was amazing and the upstairs pool was always empty so getting a chair was never a problem. its so close to Cabo san lucas and our host told us all the shortcuts, she was very accommodating and even had fresh ceviche waiting for us when we got there. the kitchen has all the amenities and there's even chairs they have so that we can take them to local beaches. the bed (omg) I think I had the best sleep ever and there was extra blankets and pillows. I really can't say enough good, it made a great trip even more amazing.

This condo has everything . Nice beach chairs , wagon , towel clips , great outdoor seating area , close to the beach , secure parking garage, comfortable beds , well equip kitchen . Any issues were addressed immediately . Rosie had fajitas for our arrival. Highly recommend this host and condo.

We had a fantastic stay. The place looks just like the photos and there’s an adorable little kitten that visits the garage (hi Mandalorian!). It was clean and had all the little extra things we needed, like chairs and umbrella for the beach. It was centrally located but not walkable to anything, except El Medano beach. You can Uber everything and it’s not too expensive, but if you’re looking for a walkable place, this isn’t it. It’s quiet, though, and there was no noise at night. Rosy was also super helpful and ready to help in any way she could.

My husband and  I had a great experience at Kerri’s beautiful, safe condo. The unit was incredibly clean and well equipped. This included  kitchen supplies , and beach accessories (back pack cooler was handy) 3 cozy robes were an added bonus.  Pool areas were very  nice!  - roof top one was equipped with an outdoor kitchen and lounge.  There is public access to a beautiful stretch of beach through an adjacent resort. We even walked to the marina along the beach, however, we are hardcore walkers.  There are a few walking distance,  great, Mexican restaurants ie Asi and Asado, and the more expensive, but very memorable metate Cabo  however, inexpensive Uber rides to local attractions, or rental car is the way to go if you seek restaurants,  entertainment etc  Rosy, the concierge, was beyond kind, helpful and supportive. She kept in contact with us throughout a tropical storm to make sure we were safe. Very reassuring! Overall, a nice landing spot for a relaxing holiday
