The family and I had a great time there. Once we got there we felt right at home. Walking distance from the beach and the pool was big for adults and kids.

Very quiet, spacious and nice.

Beautiful location, we had a great stay during our family reunion. Plenty of space for 11 adults and 3 kids. We had fun in the warm pool. Walked the beach even though the waves were strong during this time of year (winter season). Paulo is very accommodating. His daughters cooked, cleaned and washed clothes as requested (for a reasonable fee). Paulo recommended a local driver to take us El Tunco for eating and shopping. We were close to Surf City. We recommend eating at Beto's in Sunsal. Cons: the master bedroom needs a dressor and more hangers to be able to put our clothes away. We had to live out our luggages for 11 days. Be more generous with the toilet paper, garbage bags and towels plus beach towels.

Great place to stay, right on the beach. Plenty of space and overall a great time.

Great communication

loved the view! This is a great place for a large family. We loved the big pool and access to the beach was a few steps away. The place needs some upgrading and tlc. Definitely stop by the store before coming there. There is a small market that is up the road. a beach bar with restaurant a few houses down. There is the caretakers family that lives on the property. They are nice and the lady does offer a menu of food. Wish there was a bit more privacy. Overall this is a decent place.
